“We read the reviews so we decided to have lunch there today. First the good: the food and the customer service are both 5 star outstanding. We both had vegetarian main dishes which were served stove hot. The spices used were wonderful but did not over power the veggies. Highly recommend the Naturally Desi Cafe for the food and service. Also very nice decor inside. The not so good: even though you can dine in you must go up to the counter to order then find a table. The food is served on paper plates and paper bowls with very small, thin cheap forks, knives and spoons. This really detracts from the overall experience. They seem to prioritize take out food vice dining in. If the had real plates, silverware and glasses to go with their already fantastic food and service, I would give it 5 stars.”

“A bit disappointed. Visited this location instead of the one on Broadway (2/24). Because their kitchen was down. No water served upon arrival, (ok, maybe staff is new). Took about 5 min before the young ladies realized we sat ourselves. Prices higher than the one on Broadway, it's new, and more expensive, I get it. Had to ask for soy sauce then oyster sauce (young lady had no clue an said they did not have any. After I pointed out the container at another table, she said "oh") never got offered water. I may visit this location in the future, but for now, I'm sticking to the Broadway location. Taste was equal, although the serving size was less. Bowl was larger, maybe it made it look less. Nice ambiance.”
