“Other than opening 30 minutes late, the food is delicious and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this place! There are a wide variety of crepe flavors and waffles. The only reason I did not give it five starts is because it opened late and there were a lot of people waiting outside the door.”

“This a cute restaurant right by the water. I had a window seat and it was a great view of the dock and fishing boats. That's what you want to see when eating in a seafood restaurant! This place was crazy busy but I got seated and served quickly. The food was out fast which was surprising with the number of people in there. I ordered fish & chips. It was tasty and reasonably priced. I was happy with the overall experience.”

“Amazing deal on mediocre food. Better prices than just about anything in this part of the city, and don’t forget you get a 10% discount if you’re a local or a veteran. It’s all you can eat and there a huge selection. I’ve been for lunch a couple times and the food quality is pretty low. Food feels like it has been sitting out for a long time, which makes sense given there’s rarely many people eating here. But considering the huge selection and low prices I still think you get more than you pay for, so it’s a win in my book.”

“Great cafe and restaurant. It is nice to be able to see how they make the bread. We usually come here after seeing various sites throughout the City. We can take a break here, get a snack and drink, and buy some souvenirs. The food is excellent and the staff are helpful and responsive.”

“Typical fast food joint. This one is just average and nothing too special. I had to wait a little longer to get my food than other ones in the city. There is a lot of tourists in this one. This one location moved from around the corner since I was a kid. Just Ok.”

“Great coffee, love the mugs but the food is a bit of a let down. We came at lunch time, didn’t see the lunch menu - no up-sell for soup and sandwich. Prosciutto should be wafer thin not cardboard thick. The minestrone soup was flavourful but had no pasta in it...”

“This is an excellent neighborhood spot for delicious coffee and a delicious bite. Only taking off a star for consistency..I ordered the Seiko bagel with egg and cheese two days in a row, far less egg the second time. Maybe bc they were much busier on the second day?”

“Love this restaurant for lunch. They make the best soups and sandwiches. There are always soup options - I picked the barley soup. It's quite a large bowl, so you are left feeling satisfied. They give you fresh homemade bread to dip in. It's delicious! I have also tried their vegan sandwich - it's really good and filling. Lots of flavor! They don't have much room indoors to sit, so it's mostly outdoor seating. On a beautiful day, it's perfect. They are normally busy but I have never had a hard time getting a place to sit.”

“Four stars for friendly and patient staff members. Minus one star for lack of cleanliness. However I do see they have a help wanted sign so maybe once they're fully staffed the clean factor will improve. I could not finish my coffee...just sort of nursed it along so as to be polite, but it wasn't bad. Very mild and not burnt tasting which is a major plus. This place is obviously a street bicycle riders fun stop so I would definitely recommend it as a hang out place for cyclists.”

“Lovely Korean family that owns this joint. The space is limited but it's a quick eat and go situation. Food was good and the hash sandwich was unique. Prices were very reasonable considering it is San Francisco”

“Must check out place if you are in the neighborhood. I have been going to this place since they first open here. Fruity scones and berry coffee cakes are delicious. Bran muffin is not every one’s fave but they make it good if you want to be a little bit more healthy and splurge. Full splurge on sugar then have to go with the pecan bun! Their pizza too- delicious and such a good deal.”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Atelier Crenn on our most recent trip to San Francisco. What a truly unique experience! From the minute we walked into the restaurant, the service was excellent. Great attention to detail and the food was extremely inventive. Chef Crenn weaving an intricate story through her dishes, a fine balance between art and flavours. A few of the dishes did miss the mark for us though, one being too salty and the other being too acidic. But otherwise, all the dishes were beautifully presented and the flavour combinations left me wanting more! Highlights of the night were the geoduck with sea urchin, spiny lobster with seaweed and whey, abalone with cabbage and smoke creme, and the Mt. Lassen trout. Favourite dessert of the night, coconut and pineapple. Definitely a pricey dinner, but worth the experience!”

“Went in for the first time today. I asked for the largest Americano (my ultimate caffeine go to) and the owner was very nice. The place had quite a bit of people in there and price is reasonable for a 20 oz. Found it a little odd with the coffee sleeve, but other than that it was a pleasant experience.”
