This is my favorite Mediterranean joint in Palo Alto downtown. I love the chicken shawarma, falafel and baklava from here. The owner is super sweet and gave us hot tea on the house the last time we were here. The hot tea was very flavourful and delicious!
Walls here are decorated with beautiful paintings depicting various landscapes from Europe.
(The restrooms are super clean too.)

Refreshing and tasty. I got the lamb kebab plate, and the lamb was high quality with tasty spices. The side salad was refreshing and had good dressing. The rice was fresh even at an odd hour to eat lunch/dinner (3:45 PM). The owner gave me some complimentary tea, too: again, refreshing! I will be back to try the lamb stew, which looks tasty and interesting.

Great counter service Mediterranean food joint! Simple, homemade items. Staff was REALLY nice, and accommodated my "I want to try everything!". Will return every trip to Palo Alto!

You can find the best Iskender Kebab in all of the bay area here. My parents have had Turkish food all around the world, and the only other better kebab they've had is somewhere in London. The owner is extremely kind and polite, and if you dine in they usually give you some fantastic tea free of charge! Can't recommend this place enough.

Good food, the wrap I had was pretty big. Served fast and warm. Restaurant was clean and staff was polite. Once you walk in, make your way back for the menu and to place the order. They do have pictures of the food on the printed menu and some on the door also. Restrooms are shared with pizza my heart next door so expect a line.
