Fabulous meals. Love the in-and-out business model. It’s like fast food without the fast food quality. Hot plates, cold plates, snacks, all very well prepared.

Really cool for the concept, enticing selections. But it makes you wish the food was all warm and not refrigerated.

Came here for okonomiyaki, chicken kaarage, and takoyaki. They offer hot food and some Japanese groceries. Quick and delicious.

Overall: Quick meal grab-and-go with pre-packaged food Japanese food. Friendly staff and varieties of food to choose from.

PARKING Warning: Please, people...do not leave any valuable or visible items in the car. This plaza is known to have car break ins and I have seen an incident in action in day light.

Food: Ok, let's talk about the food. Firstly, I was impressed how the business made smart decision by changing their operation model and partners with other restaurants.

They have Okonomiyaki (savory dish in a wheat flour based batter and variety of ingredients) with different toppings like pork, seafood, etc..They also have Fried squid legs, fried oysters, Chawamushi (steam egg), chicken karage, and more. They also partner with Shalala Deli to have some side dishes like kimchi, pickles and more.

Overall, the quality of food is decent and quick. I would probably grab food here more often as the line to get inside Mitsuwa can be long.

This place is amazing! Fresh bentos/onigiris and plenty of snacks. Everything was very organized and the staff are friendly as well, highly recommend checking them out!
