“This location has its good and bad days. The staff is friendly. I enjoy the people when they have a second. Seems short staffed often though. No one present at self checkout often. That person is critical, but not always present when situations arise at self checkout. These happen for a number of reasons, item removal, mistake product, no result found, coupons, sometimes because the machine thinks something is up, someone didn’t know you couldn’t do alcohol says at self checkout. Both the people and the machines need the self checkout person to be around. Prices keep rising on a lot of products, which is just stressful. The handcarts are often missing, stolen or broken. I’m not a full size cart person so that’s irritating to experience. Pretty easy to find rotten or molded fruits and veggies. Carefully examine what you pick up cause I’ve messed up a time or two and got back with bad news. Overall, the store needs TLC from the top down because the people are doing the work, but there are not enough staff and highly doubt they get paid enough.”

“We are a comedy club based in the Bay Area and we placed catering orders couple of times from Well Bowlls. Once for a live show and the other time for our team get together. The food was excellent and was ready on time. They even helped us plan our menu and walked us through the various options for us to pick and choose from. The flavors, choices of food were unique and not something you'd get at a regular restaurant. They are even ready to customize your order based on your requirements. Well Bowlls is more than just restaurant or food kitchen. It definitely feels like the food is coming from your kitchen. Typically large orders are messed up, delayed or at least a couple of items on the order might not be good but at Well Bowlls, every single item was perfect and was ready on time. The kids and adults lined up for multiple servings. We are definitely going back to Well Bowlls for our catering orders in the future.”

“Not a bad place to get a taste for Vietnamese food. I tried the Rice noodle bowl with stir fried tofu and crispy vegan egg roll. Despite being vegan the egg roll was delicious, crispy, flavorful, and stuffed to bursting. I wish there was option just get the egg roll on its own. The service was great and very understanding of all dietary restrictions and allergens. Took roughly 15 minutes to prepare the order. However, the piece at 20$ a bowl is quite prohibitive for the volume and quality of food provided.”

“Place is clean with a lot of variety. There's a deli and a bakery. I always leave with more items than I need, similar to Target. I only go there during the late morning on Thursdays or Fridays and it's not crowded. There's only ever one cash register open but there's never a long line for self checkout. At most I have been behind two people.”

Brian and his catering team the night of the event were professional, attentive and aimed to please. We were well cared for. All my guests loved the food and the pricing was reasonable. I couldn't ask for more! I worked with Tony Caters for a previous work related event, and now this time for a family wedding. They did a great job on both occasions. I highly recommend them.”
