“I love Tootsies. I am from Peru and when I visited the museum i had lunch there. The pizza is AMAZING, you can taste the delicious flavor of Italian food. The service was friendly, they recommended also to try the pasta which is made there, it was an OUT OF THIS WORLD EXPERIENCE! I cannot recommend it enough.”

“O2 Valley is a solid place to get food in Palo Alto. Among many expensive food places in the neighborhood, O2 Valley price point is quite reasonable given the big food portion. The staff is very attentive. The shop is very good at fried stuff like chicken and fish. I think the flavor of the food can still be improved (compared to Tsilin in San Mateo). Yet it passes the bar that I would come back again.”

“We tried Namaste for a date night dinner, and we were so glad we did! The ambiance inside was beautiful and romantic with gorgeous paintings on the walls, large sparkling chandeliers, and a handsome interior. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. The generous arugula salad contained a lot of avocado, beets, and goat cheese. The tender tandoori chicken and the flavorful sea bass curry were delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. We greatly enjoyed our wonderful dinner and definitely plan to come back and try more dishes! Thank you, Namaste!”

“Didn’t give it 5 stars only because of the slight awkwardness needing to go in a gym but it’s very easy to find. First thing you see when you walk in the gym. There’s public parking”

“Dinah's is our favorite hotel in Mountain View. No fusses laid back area with lovely, clean rooms. Great customer service. We enjoyed room service and eating poolside for Thanksgiving. The food from the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. We will be back!”

“I've been here twice now, first when they opened and again today and I have to say they are very consistent. I'd really like to give them a 4.5 and what lowers it a bit for me is the lack of bread selection. I understand that it's a sourdough deli but it would be nice to have some variations of sourdough such as an olive sourdough, etc. For the sandwiches themselves, I liked the portion size and the filling amounts match as well and have some good weight so I think they're worth the price. The veggies and cheese are all great as well and really fresh. I came back for the meatball since they're made in house so I had to come back and try them and they were worth it, great texture and size. They have 3 cookies and the quality of the cookie was really good too, not too buttery but great flavor and texture, bonus that you get a free cookie on yelp check-in as well! While I didn't eat here, they have a variation of tables both inside as well as outside, which is nice! It's pretty big inside so you don't feel cramped when you're there waiting to place your order or picking up. They have pickles and peppers on the side that you can grab yourself, which is a nice touch.”

“Starstruck 💯 THIS MEAL BLEW ME AWAY We have several high quality kaiseki options in the Bay Area and I have been to many of them including Michelin star Wakuriya & Kenzo Napa as well as Redwood City’s Ranzan & Ogiku. Kaiseki is a Japanese-style of menu less well known here and featuring multiple cooking techniques with an array of dishes Plating and presentation play an important part but it’s always the unique food flavors, seasonal cuisine, and cooking techniques that showcase the very best of kaiseki I was familiar with Chef Aoki and Yuko from their former establishment Ramen Saryo Hachi so came in with expectations of a solid meal The brightly lit, brand new establishment with a gorgeous wood table 9-seating area, however, allows them to truly shine and to reach their full potential of which I only had an inkling Each dish is meticulously crafted and the flavors and presentation are a level above anywhere I’ve had. Chef Aoki speaks minimal English but Yuko’s explanation of every dish combined with the thought and decision behind them not only is educational but significantly enhanced my enjoyment This type of dining may not be for everyone given both the price point and duration (1 seating nightly, ~2.5 hours) but for me, it is my best meal of 2023. I left delightfully surprised and happy and if that’s not the very best dining can be than I’d rather not share 📷 December Kondate $280pp ~ IWA 5 / Dashi with Wild Sea Kelp / Crab with Uni Caviar in Kombu Gelee / Wild Blue Fin Tuna and Wild Akashi Sea Bream / Matsutake Owan / Karasumi with Olive Oil, Tai Nikugori, Radish Yuzu Persimmon / Eel with Pinot Noir Salt / A5 Hokkaido Wagyu Filet Shabu Shabu, Maitake with Egg Yolk Ponzu / Tsusahime Rice with Soy Marinated Ikura, Braised Mushrooms, Japanese Pickles and Akadashi / Persimmon, Muscat Grape, Chestnut / Warabi Mochi with Okinawa Black Sugar / Matcha Tea 📍Hashiri Bettei Kaiseki Aoki (Saratoga, CA) Credit cards are accepted and dining is indoor only. “We decided to make a pit stop at the President's Terrace for a couple of cocktails and light appetizers before our main dinner at Nobu. We were looking forward to a pleasant afternoon on the rooftop bar. Upon our arrival, we found that the staff seemed tired, likely from a busy happy hour rush. I can't rave about the cocktails or food, as we only tried a couple of dishes, but the view, ambiance, and decor were undeniably appealing. We're definitely considering returning when the weather is more favorable. Overall, the President's Terrace is an excellent spot for unwinding with friends or colleagues after work. It doesn’t seem to accommodate large parties with limited seating. It's also festive and charming, making it a great choice for a fun date as well.”

“It's a hotel bar. Nice place to have a conversation. They have nice chairs, quiet, and not too busy. There is also a roof top bar upstairs. Different menu and little cold and windy. Drinks are so so, nice place to hangout tho.”

“Incredible food and friendly service. This restaurant is extremely vegan friendly — there are plenty of options on the menu that are vegan, and while they aren’t labeled, the waiter was very well informed and pointed out all options. We ordered the sizzling tofu with black pepper sauce, the stir fried green beans with garlic sauce, and the stir fried eggplant with basil. Everything we ordered was incredible, and I’ve been looking forward to returning since.”

“Highly recommend Jimmy’s! We stumbled upon Jimmy’s as we were craving Mediterranean food. I got the gyro wrap and my fiancée got the chicken platter and both were incredible. The owner also moved a table outside for us and we got to enjoy the beautiful weather. You can’t go wrong with this place!”

“Couldn’t be happier with the salad and my whole experience here. The customization was amazing, ingredients were top notch, and loved how much flavor everything had. Added plus how reasonable the prices are for a healthy option. I’m an avid customer of their first location and let me tell you - they didn’t skip a beat in making this spot just as good.”

“Always a tasty burger and fries. Today I ordered the Truffle Burger and added lettuce, with a side of fries and can of Sprite. They offered sauces and gladly shared some good BBQ sauce to dip the fries, and a few pickles to sample. Quick and affordable, Konjoe Burger has always been a good spot. Plus, solid service.”

“Pastas are the best within the county, had the Tartufo and a Create your own pasta with Alfredo, sun dried tomatoes and shaved parmesan I asked if they could make it spicy and they delivered. Kind and courteous service with a smile. Quick to boot. And for the quality and quantity the pricing is very fair. Good portions, delicious pastas, great service!”

“Great place for bbq chicken. We had the bbq chicken with rice and vermicelli as well as the bbq bahn mi sandwich. The chicken was cooked perfectly and really tasty. Also ordered the crab fried rice which was good but not exceptional like the chicken. Portions were on the bigger side.”

“This is a charming bar offers warm and inviting ambiance. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I was thrilled with the bartender's craftsmanship in creating the drinks. The flavors were harmonious, and each sip was a delightful experience, leaving me craving more.”

“Pros: Decor and service were excellent. Renovation and tableware choices were a piece of art. Like the pork chop entree. Cons: Waited 45 min for the entrees. There were plenty of flies bothering us. This is unacceptable for a high end restaurant. Some dishes were mediocre compare to the price. I would expect sth better at those prices. Eg the $23 salmon muffin is basically a onepiece benedict. The $32 linguini was tiny.”

“I recently had brunch at the Cafe Terrace, and it was a truly delightful experience. The European-style ambience set a relaxed and inviting tone from the moment we walked in. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The highlight, of course, was the food. Each dish was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. From the first sip of coffee to the last bite of dessert, our taste buds were treated to a wonderful journey. Overall, our brunch at Cafe Terrace was a perfect blend of ambiance, service, and delicious food. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable brunch experience.”

“I went here for my birthday, mainly lured in because of the Cyberpunk theme 😉. Was definitely a good experience, plenty of food for the price. We weren't really sure what to order and asked the staff and got a good recommendation. The food was good, the staff was super helpful, and the restaurant itself has a nice theme going. The menu itself is a little lacking on the details but the staff explained everything. Not really sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. It's worth checking out if just for the experience.”

“I was really excited to look at relatively newer and lesser ordered Indian items at a ghost kitchen in the Bay Area. However the food turned out to be really average at best. I ordered Dhansak, kheema, fish polichatu and Rasmalai tres leches cake. The dhansak was a let down. Update: I recently tried the ghee roast chicken with appam from cloud chef which was amazing, probably the best I've ever had in the Bay area. I'd definitely recommend this dish.”

“Came here to try the Beijing style yogurt but it was more tart than how I liked it. We got the seaweed salad, cucumber salad, pan fried pork buns, beef noodle soup and tomato and beef casserole. Flavor profile is northern Chinese and quite spicy.”

“My family loves Thai food. Thats the only non-Indian cuisine where chances, of getting vegetarian options that are flavorful, are higher. Amarin is one of my favorite places. This is the first time we were eating at this location (there is another Amarin across the road from this one on Castro). As publicized, this is more street food version. Khoa Soi is my favorite. Curry and noodles were good too. Can only say about the vegetarian entrees, they were all good. Service was very slow. When we went there was only ond person taking orders and serving. It took a long time to give the order but after that food came pretty quickly. Has both indoor & outdoor seating. Right on Castro Mtn view downtown. No parking available outside the restaurant. Have to park in one of the cross streets and walk here.”
