“They made a mistake on our order and forgot to give us an order of chicken tenders, but it was the way they handled the situation after that made me give the 5 stars. The store was super busy, so i understand that mistakes will be made. When I went back in to let them know I was missing some of my order, Joey was genuinely sorry for the mistake and took ownership of it. He mentioned to me that they do not like to mess up orders and they take pride in that. He also provided gift cards for the inconvenience. The manager, Destiny, also expressed a sincere apology that this happened. This is the type of service that sets a certain store apart from others, and the sense of pride in what he did made me happy to be a customer. I liked Freddy’s before, and if this is the type of customer service culture that Freddy’s is about, I’m happy to keep coming back.”

“I understand this is a fast food place at the outlets but the service was not good. Yes it’s monday but it’s lunch time and the there’s a line. The male employee seemed to be a great line cook but did not have much customer service skills and the female employee was on her phone in the back, completely oblivious for 10 minutes until the male employee went and got her. Expensive hot dogs ... make sure you specify which toppings you want since they’ll just assume and not prompt you if there are multiple options for cheese. Disappointed since the facility is very nice and new.”

The manager (and other members of staff) were extremely nice and they were busy too. Coming from a customer experience standpoint this was a great thing to see. Yeah the price may be more than other places but for those of you that remember Godfathers its worth every penny.
