“There was a young woman running the store when I went in. She was taking orders, prep, cooking, register, and phones. ( another worker was late)..On top of all that, she had such a great attitude. Not sure if it was Saturday or Sunday but it was about 4pm. I wish I would have got her name to put on my review. I will go back just for her service. And of course the food was great!”

“Since they've been open there, they've been fast and courteous. And on those cold mornings or first of the week mornings be prepared for a longer line prior to rush hour. It's Santiago's, if you like them the food is excellent and I like them. The hot for the green chile always depends on how much rain we had during the growing season. Anybody that knows a bit about Peppers knows that when we have a little drought the peppers are usually hotter. Great place to get a breakfast burrito or any other food do you may want to consider the Indian tacos with pork or chicken because they keep their shredded pork and shredded chicken in a vat and it keeps it moist. Many restaurants that serve the style food do not do that and their pork and chicken is fairly dried out. Stop by this location or any Santiago's and you should have a good experience there. “Went to get a quick bite heading back home and found this place. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and a beer. The food was great and very spicy. I also got a beer and I was amazed how well priced everything was. I am only lowering it by one star since the kitchen was pretty slow even though they were not that busy. “I came here because I thought it would be something you can choose and go because I wanted something fast, like a pick a scoop and go. I have to say it is a very comfortable vibe. It has a lot of open seating. Looks bigger than anticipated. At first, we were was going to leave, they came took our order and they were super fast. I mean literally, within minutes back to back. The best part, it was freshly made. Wontons were crispy, big and tasty. We got combo meal deals that they had. Everything was cheap, tasty and fast. I would definitely recommend to stop by and try. I would also be coming back to this place, if I'm in the area. For the price, menu and service that they offer I give them 5 stars.”

“Being the very first Santiago's you would think this flagship location would be on point... unfortunately this is not the case. The first time we walked into the new building we were greeted with "oh your here to dine in, well go stand over their". While standing over "their" I discovered, all on my own, that we were supposed to put our name down on a waiting list. However this was not so that when a table opened up someone would come get the next person in line. This was next thing we discovered... when a table opened up you are supposed to rush over and claim it as yours before somebody else does. As awkward as that was, at least the food was great, the Indian tacos are amazing! Get the food but definitely to-go.”

He listened to what I said and fixed it. That's rare these days to see exceptional customer service. I would say they need to work on their time at the drive through. I have waited for 30+ min. “As usual Billies consistently delievers generous amounts of high quality food. I'm partial to the hungry man's burrito with green chillies for a breakfast treat. The staff has always been pleasant - no matter how busy they are. I'm giving four stars only because the place is a bit dated, the parking lot not friendly to large trucks (except in the back), and the seating is a bit rough/tight. But you know what - those can be overlooked and still have an enjoyable locally crafted family meal, with great quality, and excellent service. I highly recommend for some comfort food that you go to Billies!”

“First time customer at the Dickeys in Brighton Colorado. Clean restaurant. My guest and myself each ordered the two meat plate. The Mac and cheese is very good. The side of baked beans is perhaps the best beans ever. The sausage was very good. The Brisket however was very poor. It was dry, overcooked and sliced way to thick. I would recommend that they take the same portion and slice it into three slices instead of two. The ice cream at the end of the meal was a excellent way to end the meal. Would like to see a hotlink sausage on the menu, a true hotlink, not just a spicy hotlink. Give me a reason to move up to 5 stars by fixing the Brisket problem.”
