“I really enjoy stopping here as a break between the Denver area and the ski resorts. Parking around here can be challenging, but you can find spots within walking distance. The restaurant itself is broken into several dining areas and the bar area, which has a great fireplace and views of every sporting event on several large screen TVs. The service is prompt and knowledgeable, and the beers on tap are plentiful. The menu is limited, but it covers plenty of options for a filling lunch to pair with your beer of choice!”

“Dropped by here after a skiing and long drive on 70. Sandwiches are very good and come with an apple! There is a yoga studio in the back, which made this place so much cozier. Love it!”

“The Cidery is an absolute hidden ????. The chef inspired menu is to die for. The cheese crisp is like a PIZZA but it is served on a tortilla so it ends up being a thin crust PIZZA with your choice of toppings. The salmon dip is so worth the drive up from Denver. This is my new spot after a day out doors. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Both the owners are just angels the blonde bartender was just a peach ???? and very attentive. They Cidery also has beer on tap and a full liquor selection so it you're not a cider fan they still have you covered. They also have pink Himalayan Sea salt which I like to steal out of the salt shakers on the tables. ????????”

“Excellent service!! Food was FRESH and delicious. The servers were fast getting us drinks, constantly refilling our water and checked on us often (but not too often as to be annoying). I get a side of fruit with many of my entree’s due to be gluten free and it’s never that great-let me tell you-theirs was great! Everything was fresh, fresh, fresh!!! The atmosphere was also welcoming and everyone seemed happy to be there!”

“Quaint little town. I love the feel that people walked those streets hundreds of years ago, in a different era. And the restaurant gives me that same feeling. I walk in, look around, and I can feel the spirit of days past. Then there's this cool mining shaft in the back of the restaurant. The brick on the walls is old and crumbly. You must come in and feel the days of old for yourself. Now for the food! The salad bar is fresh with a variety of toppings, the pizza is delicious, although I prefer a thin crust, but I did enjoy eating the thick crust with honey. The pasta is delicious too and uniquely served in a bowl of crust. Come by! You'll enjoy the food and visit.”

“MTN Prime has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Very clean, and staff is friendly. We arrived before the evening rush, but it still took 30 - 40 minutes to receive our food once we ordered. The portions were a bit smaller than we'd hoped. The food itself, however, was very good and full of flavor. I would recommend ordering appetizers or just don't come starving. This will help you to be patient if the wait is long. Appetizers will also help to insure that you are full. Overall, however, we had a great time and will definitely visit the next time we are in the area. Would definitely recommend.”

“Fantastic service and fantastic food. This is a neat little brewery in Idaho springs that also has great beer. I had the east bound and down burger with the fries. It was very filling and left me full. I also had the coffee porter which was amazing and had a great aroma to go with it. This is a definite must stop if you are passing through or staying in the springs. Great job staff you guys were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back.”

“Last week was our first time we came to that excellent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the efficient service, with the great cooking and wine and with the comfortable charge. We will surely come back in a short time.”

“This was a pleasant surprise. Soon as we walked in we could feel the positive vibes. Picked our own seat & ordered some food, it came out very quickly & let me tell you... IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Specially the wonton & the Orange chicken were the best I’ve ever had, taste like it is a family recipe passed down for a thousand years. We’ll be back no doubt ????”

“Incredible BBQ. Brisket was really good, as was the pulled pork and the ribs. Fried okra nice and crispy, not greasy cooked just right. Tasty coleslaw a coke and two delicious looking cupcakes, (too full to eat em now), all for $36. Staff very nice and knowlagable. Really good selection too. And Coke in a GLASS bottle.”

“We were looking for a place for breakfast on our way home from the mountains. Our server was great. My wife had the Country Breakfast. The pancakes were massive. I believe you could also get a waffle instead. I had the Mexican skillet. It was hot, cheesy and tasty. Great thing to have on your way up skiing.”

“Stop here often after playing in the mountains. Today I rode my bicycle up and down Mt. Evans and the burger was sent from heaven! I was so hungry and it tasted so good. Everything was fresh. Awesome for fast food. Normally don't do fast food, but will only choose Carl's Jr. when I do. Thanks for making this hungry man happy!”

“A perfectly placed restaraunt on the side of the highway heading to the ski resorts. An underwhelming but positive experience here. Our servers were outstanding. They asked about our day and staying conscientious about our food and drinks. A very friendly and positive staff usually makes a great experience and 5 star review. HOWEVER the fajitas I ordered were burnt and lacked flavor in the meat. Disappointed. We also ordered the guacamole burger which was okay but nothing to be excited for. The beef patty was cooked perfectly to temp but tasted bland lacking flavor. It was very underwhelming for the amazing reviews that this place has. We would return again but probably would order something else.”

“Very clean and friendly. My Special needs daughter, who loves McDonald's, must have made their day wishing them all Merry Christmas, so they brought her a shake and wished her Merry Christmas. Made my heart melt and my eyes tear up. Little things go a really long way!!! ???????????????? You can tell when a team is lead well and works well together ???? See ya next time we make it up that way!!!”

“Please don't leave this place a 1 star review just because you were ill prepared for classic i70 traffic. I've driven by this place hundreds of times and never stopped, but tonight we decided to give it a try. The owners were there and were friendly to every single person there. The food was good and the selection of local beer and liquor was impressive. Definitely going back!”
