“I'm giving 4 stars because I've been here a few times and I've always been very happy with the food and service, except once. On our last visit, my wife ordered a meatball sub and it looked great. She took a bite and the meatball she bit into was cold. Not cold like not hot, but cold. Like it just came out of the refrigerator. We're pretty easy going folks but this needed too be addressed. We informed the waiter and his response was great. He informed a manager so we assumed the issue would be taken care of. A little less than 10 minutes later, the manager came out with a hot meatball in a bowl. I asked him what we were supposed to do with it and he didn't really have an answer. He muttered something about us complaining about a cold meatball. We told the waiter about the managers solution and he took the sandwich of the bill. Again, the waiter handled the situation perfectly. The manager, not so much. We'll definitely be going back here for dinner often. It's way too good to let one sub par experience spoil it for us.”

“I usually get pizza here for nonprofit meetings because it's good quality for a good price. However, what really makes this place stand out was when I had a delivery. I'm in a sling and wrist brace (opposite arms) and the delivery driver helped make sure I could get inside my home with the delivery. They were super helpful and very kind. Thanks!”

“I love Firehouse and have always had good experiences, but this time around was not great. I came and it was pretty empty minus one or two people eating/waiting for an order. As I placed my order, a group of teens walked in and it was obvious they were friends with some of the employees. I sat down to wait while they all ordered and talked to each other...and they got theirs before I did. Like pretty immediately. I sat for a while longer and finally got mine after a little over 10 minutes. Irritating. Hoping next time will be better.”

“WOW. Never judge a book by its cover! My dad and I were craving Chinese food on the way down from Denver. I ordered the crispy orange chicken, and he got the Mongolian beef. He said it was the most tender Mongolian beef he’d ever had in his entire life—and he even lived in Asia for a period of time! As for my orange chicken, it was beautifully crunchy and just the right amount of sweet. They also have very nice sized portions, and both of us had to take the rest of our plates home because we couldn’t finish it! Not to mention, the food was ready just 5 minutes after we had ordered it—super quick and super delicious! Would definitely recommend this place!”

“Wow! These guys are the best! We ordered delivery on a Friday night and they showed up right on time. The guy on the phone and delivery driver were phenomenal. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings and was completely blown out of the water. This place will now be my go to for my pizza and wings. Anthonys in Castle Rock, keep up the great work.
