I can’t have the garlic butter on my crust, but they never seemed to read that I always had to wait for a remake with no apology. Since this new store in stroh ranch opened up my pizza order has hardly ever been wrong and if it is I get a heart felt apology and it’s fixed quickly. Everyone please give this new store a try. “I'm giving 4 stars because I've been here a few times and I've always been very happy with the food and service, except once. On our last visit, my wife ordered a meatball sub and it looked great. She took a bite and the meatball she bit into was cold. Not cold like not hot, but cold. Like it just came out of the refrigerator. We're pretty easy going folks but this needed too be addressed. We informed the waiter and his response was great. He informed a manager so we assumed the issue would be taken care of. A little less than 10 minutes later, the manager came out with a hot meatball in a bowl. I asked him what we were supposed to do with it and he didn't really have an answer. He muttered something about us complaining about a cold meatball. We told the waiter about the managers solution and he took the sandwich of the bill. Again, the waiter handled the situation perfectly. The manager, not so much. We'll definitely be going back here for dinner often. It's way too good to let one sub par experience spoil it for us.”

“I love Firehouse and have always had good experiences, but this time around was not great. I came and it was pretty empty minus one or two people eating/waiting for an order. As I placed my order, a group of teens walked in and it was obvious they were friends with some of the employees. I sat down to wait while they all ordered and talked to each other...and they got theirs before I did. Like pretty immediately. I sat for a while longer and finally got mine after a little over 10 minutes. Irritating. Hoping next time will be better.”

“WOW. Never judge a book by its cover! My dad and I were craving Chinese food on the way down from Denver. I ordered the crispy orange chicken, and he got the Mongolian beef. He said it was the most tender Mongolian beef he’d ever had in his entire life—and he even lived in Asia for a period of time! As for my orange chicken, it was beautifully crunchy and just the right amount of sweet. They also have very nice sized portions, and both of us had to take the rest of our plates home because we couldn’t finish it! Not to mention, the food was ready just 5 minutes after we had ordered it—super quick and super delicious! Would definitely recommend this place!”

“Very cozy place with a very friendly staff. People all seemed to know each other. I ordered a side salad. The salad was chopped into bite sized pieces which was great but the dressing was tossed with the salad as well. I couldn't taste the dressing. A few croutons would have been nice. I also ordered a 10" pizza with pepperoni, onion and pepper. The crust was great, crispy underneath and puffy on the outside. The only problem I had with the pizza was the lack of cheese and the sparse toppings. Otherwise, it would have been perfect.”

Anyhow, I was greated with smiling faces and they were happy to help me, that one last customer who shows up right before you are locking the doors to close. Most places would have told me they already put certain things away or it was to late to make something on the menu, but no, not the guys at firehouse. They made exactly what I ordered and they made each sub with love and care. It was my first time ever at any firehouse sub and I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back very soon as well as recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it yet. The restaurant was clean and organized and the staff was friendly and helpful... the subs were awesome! If your wondering, I had the meatball sub(best meatball sub I've ever had) and I can't remember what my friend got but I tried a bite and it was fresh and delicious!”

“I moved to Highlands Ranch a week ago and stopped by one Sunday to try it out. I unknowing asked the owner Brent, who was working the register, what he liked. He offered the perfect response. "What kind of pizza do you like?" We talked about my taste preference and he made a few suggestions. He offered me 20% off for being a new customer. As I waited for my pizza; Brent, his San Diegian team member, and I chatted. It was a warm and friendly environment. When I got the pizza home, omg, so much better then I expected. The crust was delicious, sauce was savory, cooked to a nice crisp without being to hard or doughy. The garlic flavor was present but not overpowering. Really a great experience and tremendous customer service experience by a small business owner. I commend you Brett on your customer service, your quality, and work ethic as a small business owner!”
