“This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurants we have been to. We got a burrito, chicken fajita, and kids taquito. All were very delicious and tasted very fresh. “This was our first time here and we have decided it is our favorite place in Castle Rock. The staff are all so friendly and inviting. The views at sunset are to die for. “I'm not sure what's going on at all but one location I frequent. My drink I order for the last 5 months has not tasted the same these last few weeks. In addition, it is not being made 'correctly' more times than not at my Castle Rock locations. It is less sweet and the coffee is leaving a bitter and gritty taste this last month or so. My drink uses the blonde espresso and up until recently I never experienced the bitterness or gritty taste.?.? The location that my drink is still consistently the same is in Blackhawk Colorado. When they have any changes in coffee, straws, equipment, etc. They are very upfront and apologetic about such things. They don't make excuses and they do not play the 'blame game.' I truly appreciate that.”

We were greeted by multiple employees very enthusiastically as we walked in and were asked several times during the meal if there was anything else they could bring us or do for us. This is definitely your destination if you are craving amazingly thick, flavorful shakes, juicy, mouthwatering burgers with that oh so addictive secret shake sauce, and a basket of crispy, perfectly salted crinkle fries (dip a few in your shake, trust me on this). This isn’t just the newest burger place in the Promenade, it may well be the last; food and service this incredible might not be possible for anyone to beat. “I order from dominos carry out pretty much every day. I was first using the one and only dominos that was in Parker and they were not able to get my order right ever. I can’t have the garlic butter on my crust, but they never seemed to read that I always had to wait for a remake with no apology. Since this new store in stroh ranch opened up my pizza order has hardly ever been wrong and if it is I get a heart felt apology and it’s fixed quickly. Everyone please give this new store a try.
