“I love Firehouse and have always had good experiences, but this time around was not great. I came and it was pretty empty minus one or two people eating/waiting for an order. As I placed my order, a group of teens walked in and it was obvious they were friends with some of the employees. I sat down to wait while they all ordered and talked to each other...and they got theirs before I did. Like pretty immediately. I sat for a while longer and finally got mine after a little over 10 minutes. Irritating. Hoping next time will be better.”

“Decent, but not great. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this restaurant. Many people rave about it. I went here a few days ago. I ordered the smother beef burrito. It was just okay. The beans were good, but the beef was REALLY runny without any flavor or texture. The staff wasn’t unfriendly, but they definitely weren’t friendly either. They never refilled our drinks although they offered after our check was paid. Again, this place is decent. It’s average. Nothing to write home about but not “bad” either. If you’re in the Franktown area and don’t want to drive the 15 minutes to Castle Rock or Parker, this restaurant will do. I’m planning on going back just to see if this was a fluke.”

“After reading some reviews i was a little worried about eating there. But my girl wanted to go anyways and honestly it was so much better than i thought! “WOW. Never judge a book by its cover! My dad and I were craving Chinese food on the way down from Denver. I ordered the crispy orange chicken, and he got the Mongolian beef. He said it was the most tender Mongolian beef he’d ever had in his entire life—and he even lived in Asia for a period of time! As for my orange chicken, it was beautifully crunchy and just the right amount of sweet. They also have very nice sized portions, and both of us had to take the rest of our plates home because we couldn’t finish it! Not to mention, the food was ready just 5 minutes after we had ordered it—super quick and super delicious! Would definitely recommend this place!”

For the credit card situation, when I called to see if it was there, I was made to feel as though it was my fault they didn't hand it back to me.? I love BK. However, I'm deciding to take a break from the Castle Rock location for a bit, hoping things will turn around for the better soon.”

The employees are trying to do too many things and it slows them down and makes them inaccurate. While standing in line 2 sandwiches had to be remade because they were made wrong. “Was not sure what to expect with a name like that. Prices are on page with other specialty burger places. Beef, chicken or turkey burgers offered. Also, have salads available. Potatoes are offered on the side as fried, tots or sweet potato. The truffle mushroom burger is awesome! Staff is very friendly, helpful and out going. Greeted as walked in. Thanked us as we walked out. Checked at the table with us as they passed delivering others orders and cleaning tables. Enjoyed immensely.”
