They did not rush, nor make us feel at all like we were burdening them. (I worked in customer service and retail, I am fully aware of the last few minutes of closing time ????) The interesting thing is they have 3 sizes for all subs. The interior could get be better cleaned and comfortable seating. Separate men and women bathrooms. Also, maybe some investment into better smoke exhausts.”

“I brought a group of 25 to the restaurant and the staff did not miss a beat. 25 people gave their orders and the staff rocked it out. The store manager checked in on us and made sure we were well taken care of. We had more fries then we could have ever eaten and the sandwiches were perfect. We love 5 guys and If they can get everything perfect for 25 people they will have no problem getting your order right.”

“I went to this location for the $5.99 large thin crust pepperoni or sausage pizza. I asked if I could do half pepperoni and half sausage. I was told no. I am hoping to understand this. I am sure the kids behind the counter were just trying to do their job and follow the special, but the toppings were essentially the same. The special applied to either pepperoni or sausage. What is the difference if I requested half and half? I love your product and am a frequent customer, but this was a little disappointing. My son likes sausage and my daughter likes pepperoni. I basically had to choose who I was going to have upset. Any response is appreciated. Thank you. Despite this somewhat frustrating experience, great product and good people working there.”

“Got here for weekday lunch, after a major snowstorm. Relatively quiet. Seated right away. We ordered the Spinach-artichoke dip with mix of bread and veggies (carrots and celery). It smelled burnt when brought to our table but tasted good. I got the Fig proscciuto pizza with pepperoni added, and she got the meatball sub (lunch special). The pizza is definitely shareable among a couple. I felt there was an excess of greens. Extensive parking lot, separate restrooms for men and women.”

“I moved to Highlands Ranch a week ago and stopped by one Sunday to try it out. I unknowing asked the owner Brent, who was working the register, what he liked. He offered the perfect response. "What kind of pizza do you like?" We talked about my taste preference and he made a few suggestions. He offered me 20% off for being a new customer. As I waited for my pizza; Brent, his San Diegian team member, and I chatted. It was a warm and friendly environment. When I got the pizza home, omg, so much better then I expected. The crust was delicious, sauce was savory, cooked to a nice crisp without being to hard or doughy. The garlic flavor was present but not overpowering. Really a great experience and tremendous customer service experience by a small business owner. I commend you Brett on your customer service, your quality, and work ethic as a small business owner!”
