“The Food was amazing. The waitresses were friendly but the wait to order and the wait for the food to be prepared was unreasonable. I ordered the crab cakes which were delicious but it literally took almost 30 minutes to receive them and another 30 minutes to receive the main course. The witnesses did knock off the price of 1 round of drinks which was nice but I have never felt so unattended. The Filet was delicious the food was great. The Chefs need to crank it up a notch.”

“My friend and I went tonight with no reservations, we were greeted and were recommended to go to a neighboring pub while we waited for a seat. We ended up sitting at the bar and had the best service we've had in a while! The staff were cheery and so great to be around, they answered every question we had as this was our 1st visit. “We hit the Pourhouse after taking in a couple downtown movies over the Christmas holiday break. Our first group arrived between lunch and dinner times, so more seating was available than usual and my nieces were happy that they got to pick a booth. Dad and I didn't need menus as it's usually a Heartburn pizza for each of us. Nieces went with French Onion soup and Mac N Cheese. Food was great, as usual. Since we arrived around shift break, we had two different servers. Olivia and Desirae were each prompt with taking and delivering our orders and they made sure our beverages were always full (waters or sodas). Thanks ladies! When the rest of the family arrived an hour later from their "chick flick", we were smoothly transitioned back to our usual table for 8-10 people. The flat screen TVs had an old college bowl game playing(Ohio State/Clemson), so dad and I are now primed for the college football playoffs starting tomorrow. We were in and out before the dinner crowd got too big, so it was real easy to hold a conversation across the table. Thanks again and I've got a couple slices of pizza to eat cold for breakfast today ;-)”

“This place has everything we wanted and nothing we didn’t. Very clean with jazz music playing inside and 2 TVs appropriately dialed for Sunday football. Good beer selection and kombucha in a can for the NA crowd- we even got a Rocky Mountain Pizza which was delicious and cooked perfectly. We were so comfortable and relaxed: no pressure from staff and other patrons were just as soothed. The place smelled like cinnamon and pizza. There’s a cool outside we didn’t enjoy but we did watch the sunset from inside through the huge doors.”

“This is the world's best sandwich. I come here every other Saturday, and it's so fresh. This is the only place I'm willing to eat sandwiches it's kinda funny. But I highly recommend Subway. I mean the services are amazing the workers are so nice there's no reason to hate this place. “I think the comments about price are slightly misleading or in some cases unjustified. Yes, the thought of a 12" sandwich and a small fry pushing close to 15 dollars sounds crazy in this area. HOWEVER the portion size is insane. Each time I eat here, I have a fork at the ready to eat the fallen out toppings that would easily fill the portion amount of a neighboring sub sandwich chain on its own. The fries are even fantastic. They look almost like McDonald's but taste far better and hold a crisp even when not piping hot. They do offer delivery through the main apps or their own delivery if paying cash, as I prefer to do (I get really annoyed by providing a tip before any actual service is provided). I've never had issues with consistency or customer service with this location. I only rate a 4 because while I'm not from Philly, I do pride myself on making a great homemade cheesteak and I think a couple minor changes to their meat would set it over the top (for my tastes).”

“We stopped in with only an hour to spare before a basketball game. We knew we were pushing our luck but decided to go for it after seeing a crazy long line at Wendy's. The server (I so wish I could remember her name so I could give her all the props she deserves) was fast, efficient, friendly, and more than on top of her game. We had four kids with us and every single one of them LOVED the food. The adult food was great too! Everything came out quickly, accurately, and hot. They have a small beer selection but what they have is quality beers. My husband and I already stated that every time we have to drive north for the kids sports, we'll be stopping in!
