I met Michael, the owner, and he mentioned how he let his employees take the night off because he thought it was going to be slow but instead, he got slammed so him and the chef had to hold down the fort. “This is the best Chuck-E-Cheese restaurant that I have ever been to! Unlike the other locations, this one is very clean, has excellent personnel, a person in costume for the kids, and a robotic stage presence of characters. We were there for a child's birthday, and I noticed there appeared to be 4 other birthday parties going on at the same time. I overheard one of the staff mention that they had several parties lined up back-to-back. The staff were working tirelessly to clean up parties, set the tables for the next parties, and joining in with the mascot to entertain the kids. I was impressed!! The only reason they lost a star on their rating, is because they had one working machine to count tickets. You have to feed them into the machine to obtain a receipt, which meant that a long line formed at the machine. Also, you have to get down on your knees in order to be able to feed in the tickets.”

“I love Starbucks and this is a great location in Fort Collins! I have been coming here for years and I love the staff who work here. The management must be doing something right, because I always get great service from everyone! I stop in when I am headed west on Drake, but otherwise it's an extremely difficult parking lot to maneuver to get going east again. The parking lot is decent and the outdoor patio is nice to hang out on. There isn't great seating inside since this is a prime location for many students and the dining room isn't large. I don't typically come here to study or meet up with people for that reason; I just get my coffee and go. I highly recommend this location for the service and quality you will get! One of the best locations for Starbuck service in town!”
