“Nice restaurant with good service. Vegetarian options were limited but the corn empanada and quinoa bowl were great. I had the rigatoni, which was supposed to be a mushroom and cream pasta, but mine had almost no mushrooms. Overall though, everything was pretty good!”

“7908 is one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about a year and a half and have tried most of the highly recommended restaurants in the area. Many are both overpriced and overrated. This is is NOT the case for 7908. The service is fantastic, the cocktails are creative (and DELISH!) and the FOOD is a culinary experience not to be missed. Two of my favorite things on the menu are octopus and the seasonal watermelon salad. If you want expected and very good, “basic,” choose “the steak house” but if you want creative, unexpected textures, flavors and presentation, 7908 is THE place to find it! A side note: 7908 is the elevation of Aspen. Enjoy!”
