“Would I return? Likely, but not definitely We were promptly greeted, and we were seated within reasonable time. We arrived around 8 pm. The restaurant had light traffic at this hour, yet service of our pricey cocktails was some of the slowest we have had in some time. Our meals were quite savory even though, one was served incorrectly. We must say that the portions are very handsome! The music from another established bleed through the walls and was not the most enjoyable, but hey.. it was what it was. The Lasagna is one of the best that I have had. Prices on the menu are higher than many Italian restaurants.”

“We have stayed at the Grand Vista numerous times. Every time we had a great experience. The front desk staff are professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. They keep it affordable which is a BIG plus especially when traveling with a dog. They attend to barking dogs in other rooms quickly. The beds are SO comfortable. We will stay here again for both business and to visit friends and family. We would recommend the Grand Vista when in Grand Junction. Close to the airport and restaurants.”

“Stumbled across this delightful brew pub/ gastropub and the family was much happier for it. We got seated immediately and ordered a few appetizers, meals and drinks. Everything we tasted was delicious - burger meat was really special (my picky eater son said it was the best he'd ever had!), Jalepeno poppers were great, smoked pork tacos were awesome and the drinks were refreshing. We'll be up rating this establishment for sure!”

“Simply the best Mexican food restaurant for 1,000 square miles. No wonder they can exist on being open only from 11am - 2 pm daily and add dinner on Thursday and Friday from 5 pm - 8 pm. My friends from Trinidad, born and raised here, said that their parents used to come here to dance and party in the 1940's and 1950's. The roots go deep here. Within 15 minutes of the 11 am opening, the restaurant was packed with locals and many folks who met their relatives or friends unexpectedly. It's that kind of legacy establishment.”

“7908 is one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about a year and a half and have tried most of the highly recommended restaurants in the area. Many are both overpriced and overrated. This is is NOT the case for 7908. The service is fantastic, the cocktails are creative (and DELISH!) and the FOOD is a culinary experience not to be missed. Two of my favorite things on the menu are octopus and the seasonal watermelon salad. If you want expected and very good, “basic,” choose “the steak house” but if you want creative, unexpected textures, flavors and presentation, 7908 is THE place to find it! A side note: 7908 is the elevation of Aspen. Enjoy!”

“I don’t know where to start. From the professionalism to the all around great and friendly environment I’m fully astounded by how amazing this place is. To start, I got to stay in the hotel (cell one) and the room is just breathtaking; something I honestly wasn’t expecting along with them going above and beyond with cleanliness and I can’t forget the balcony view that over looks part of the river walk! Such a stunning view! And of course can’t forget the HUGE bathtub! One of the best parts of my whole stay was being connected to The Clink and how convenient it was to just walk down the hall and grab a drink to end the night. I was served by Joshua and Eric, all I can say is the amount of enthusiasm and care they put not only into the drinks but customer satisfaction was awesome! Joshua took the time to get to know what I like drink wise and what would go best together while Eric was non stop making sure other customers were taken care of, I’ve honestly never seen two bartenders do such an amazing job! The aesthetic of the clink is a calm and welcoming environment I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable with a bar and it’s staff. Over all views, customer service and environment of the clink is mind blowing! If anyone was to ask me to refer them to a bar or hotel it’s definitely going to be the Clink! I mean come on your get the bar and a hotel room all in one!!!”

“Let me start off with the fact that both the ambiance and acoustics were incredible. The lights were perfectly dim as to not strain the eyes but also bright enough to see well. There were 5-6 other couples there and my wife and I never had to raise our voices to hear each other, and that was with music playing overhead as well. The service was absolutely phenomenal, shout out to our server Reid. He was very attentive and gave great advice when it came to picking dishes. The appetizer, blistered shishido peppers were splendid. The steaks were cooked perfectly and paired with amazing enhancements as they call them. The sides were simply exquisite, we had the wild mushroom risotto and the potato croquettes. The dessert, chocolate cake and flan, was absolutely to die for!!! Drinks were delicious as well and the speed of the meal was very well paced. While it is an expensive place to eat, it is beyond worth every penny and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Also it is a wonderful place to take your spouse on a date!!!”
