We when last night for the first time. It’s was awesome to be in a very nice black owned restaurant in our city with some class. The food was awesome. A great add to our village.
A variety of food on the menu great drinks, we are going back tonight with another couple. We the Hamptons plan to support this restaurant. They comedy, live bands and much more.
Wow! We went for the music (Myke Ross and Faye Green did not disappoint- one of the best local bands we’ve seen - maybe ever). But Jazzy’s Cabaret was an unexpected surprise. The atmosphere is perfect…an upscale vibe that feels easy and friendly. Our meals (comfort food with impeccable style) were absolutely delicious. And the staff (although definitely a bit overtaxed and still finding their rhythm) were gracious and accommodating. Owners Jason and Morgan clearly care about your experience in their restaurant. We can’t wait to go back!
Great place! Loved the food, especially the cornbread. Wonderfully decorated and an overall fantastic gathering space. I look forward to going again
Outstanding establishment with mouth-watering food, superior customer service and exceptional interior design! Dining at Jazzy's Cabaret was absolutely wonderful.
The collard greens and yams were the best I've ever had. The chicken, mac and cheese and cornbread reminded me of the soul food you only find in the southern states. It was definitely a notch above any eateries I've visited in the northeast.
The customer service was amazing. The hostess, waiter, chef and one of the owners (Mr. Watts) checked on us several times. The other owner (Ms. Watts) arrived later and stopped a meeting with the staff to make sure we enjoyed our experience.
The ambience is unique, creative, fresh, warm and inviting. It was sophisticated yet nostalgic with the mural of album covers. Jazzy's Cabaret is, to me, what a truly first-class urban lounge should be.
I have tried fried chicken, which is one of the most American food and they do it well. The only downside is collard green was on sweeter side. I also didn’t like cornbread either. Even with those, it’s not worth enough to deduct start. Price is okay- not too expensive/cheap for what you get. One of the servers even asked me to take a tour in the restaurant while waiting for the food. Overall really tasty soulfood.
