Cute garden, good prices and delicious food!
Great pub food. Tasty beer. Try the trouble in paradise gose if it's there.
Love this place. Outside beer garden. Dogs allowed. Pretty good bbq. Decent beer list. What else do you need in life???
Went here to start the night with a round of beers with some friends. Great atmosphere in the summertime, especially with the outdoor seating. I really enjoyed the passionfruit gose beer they had on offer. Service was pretty good considering they were packed. I will definitely be back.
Garden District may pass at first glance as a rowdy beer garden, but don't be fooled by the large steins: The crowds are really there for one of the best barbecue options the District has to offer, with starters like grilled corn (order this right away as it takes a while) and fried pickles giving way to brisket and fried chicken sandwiches.
While some biergarten fare graces the menu in the form of pretzels and assorted wursts (go curry or go home), the brisket sandwich is the understated star of the kitchen. Double your meat intake by asking for a side of bacon to later atop the juicy strips of brisket, and you have the best, if not the most caloric, combination of sweet and savory on the planet. And you can wash it all down with a liter of beer.
