“I don't see any of the issues that others had when giving a low rating. Server was helpful and attentive. Food came at a reasonable time. And the food was out of this world good. Absolutely fantastic. I wish we were staying longer so we could come back. Best of all, a whole vegan menu. Great place!”

“Really love the concept of this place - super cool that you can order from multiple places and get it delivered. We did the chicken sandwiches (honey butter and the original). Both were very good. Chicken was crispy and sauce was delicious. For dessert we got red velvet cupcakes the seasonal apple one was the highlight.”

“I’ve only ever had great experiences at this location and I order from there almost every single day. Each employee always greets me and each customer with a smiling face. I had preordered my coffee as I usually do and accidentally sent it to the wrong store. Meanwhile there were many other customers but Nae went out of her way to help me while also taking care of everyone else. She did so with a smile and was happy to help. Great location and great people!! Thanks Nae!”

“Looks really nice.I was surprised that this place was closed during a Sunday, I think it should have been open though it's still look pretty nice and I am glad a place like this is found in Washington DC since back in North Carolina I rarely see any of these around pretty good I used to come to auntie Anne's a lot in Venezuela”

“Always has the best service here. It offers an amazing and unique experience being an ASL shop, which is such a great thing with Galludet being just up the street. Also, love the giant screen that shows when each order is ready for pickup.”

“This Starbucks has ample seating even during periods of high demand, there is always space with available outlets. Easy and accessible parking nearby, and fast service. Though, I always recommend using their app if you don't want to stand in line”

“I sometimes ponder where we’d be as a society if coffee suddenly ceased to exist, perhaps as the result of an embargo. Would the finely tuned gears of capitalism lose an essential spring, leading to workers showing up late en made and office conflict exacerbated by caffeine withdrawal? While simply pondering this scenario is enough to make one question whether there might be something altogether sinister behind much of what we frame as “life’s simple joys,” it does make me grateful that there is such a thing as coffee as a subject of such a system. It tends to make me feel good, and the bitter brackish joy water (my personal term for coffee, “bbjw” for short) served at this particular Starbucks outpost is no exception. The manager is friendly and welcoming -more so than anyone might expect from a Starbucks attached to a chain furniture store- providing more of a neighborhood atmosphere than one might expect. However, the seating can sometimes be quite cramped when it’s cold, so those choosing to stay would be wise to keep deeply personal conversations down to a low volume. That is, if you care about such things.”

“Easy Walking location, never very crowded, service is fast, employees are friendly. They are rarely out of any products and their hours are standard. Drinks have been made well and have not had any problems with orders here. Would recommend for anyone in the area looking for a Starbucks, or just simply a quick beverage.”

“Just want to give a shout-out to the incredible staff at the Federal Center SW Starbucks - you guys are amazing! Despite being slammed by a barrage of office workers every morning, you're still friendly and fast. Excellent job, all of you!”

“It's Starbucks. We all know what to expect in terms of food, coffees and teas. This one is a little dirty. I only went in to get some tea on a cold day and it was pretty late in the evening. I didn't stay long. The staff was great.”

“Starbucks is famous for a reason. Good coffee, friendly staff, and all at a reasonable price. It will always be my go to coffee place if there isn't a local coffee shop that needs support. The food is reasonable but don't expect full meals. They pretty much have on the go food to tied you over until a bigger meal.”

“What a wonderful location on Dupont Circle! Two levels, very spacious. Nice place to sit down and get some work done, while you enjoy your coffee! One of the best Starbucks locations I have visited. Bathrooms could be better kept though!”

“Came here around the corner from our hotel. I wished we would have walked up the street for another minute because there was way better dinner options. My pasta was under cooked and their tomato sauce was too sweet. Coming from jersey it was one of the worst lasagnas I have ever had. The service was nice and my husbands food was lovely he said.”

“I love this place and the food they serve. Simple clean food is something that is hard to find, especially in such settings. The coffee used to be better, but it's still good. I love their spreads, and I always buy couple of jars from time to time. Croissants are the I tasted in a restaurant setting. They're buttery, crunchy on the outside, and multi-layered perfectly. Service was suboptimal. It was slow and at one visit I had to cancel my order because it was going to take more than 30 minutes to get bread basket with croissant. The server wasn't bad, but she wasn't social or cheerful.”
Address: 1306 18th St NW, Washington, DC 20036, USA
“Amazing service, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! All staff wore masks and the venue seems to adhere to all the policies! The ambience is very chic and cozy. Only reason I’m giving a 4 is because the food was good not great. A bit overpriced for the portions - but that’s just my experience! I didn’t get a pretzel bun only a regular bun and was charged extra for substituting my side - but I’m not mad because the venue and drinks were spot on ???”

“I enjoyed my visit i came for a quick bite, i cant recall the name of my sandwich but it was small and full of lettuce and a nice piece or chicken. The place was well kept and it was my first time being there. Btw you need to make a purchase before using the restroom which was very clean as well! The sandwich tasted good. Maybe there were some sauce I didn't know about but i wished there were some sauce.”

“I live this place. It feels like home. Especially since it reminds me of my childhood growing up here in DC. It’s nice to have a corner grocery store you know you can run in and pick up a few things you need or want. Friendly staff is such an understatement. The staff here rocks and I love them. Great products and good food (I’m VERY partial to the bagel bites) and a cool place to support other locals.”

“Wow. This place is phenomenal, both food and service. We tried every dish here and the “must orders” are pictured below. Special shout out on the mind blowing egg drop soup. 110% must try. The cheese adds a whole new dimension of umami.”
