“Visited this place sometime last week of December, between 9am and 10am. The place have ample space, tables, and stand-in area. Customer Service: The staff looks friendly, and they are nice, nothing wrong with the team Food: We ordered their soup and half-sandwich menu item. We like the sandwich and soup. We have tried Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Florentine and Chicken Vegetable Soup. All 3 were superb, very hearty, tasty and delicious. The same goes for the sandwich, the bread tastes great and fresh. They also offer coffee which is freshly made. Place: Ample space for ~20 people . Several tables are spread around the area, not too noisy, and clean. It is also bright, have enough natural light, and looks nice. They are in great location, I like it, very easy to visit by foot or other means. Price: For the serving size and for the taste compared to other food shops in the area, it's reasonable and affordable. I understand that it's DC but I paid about ~$8 for each soup and it's a fair price. Planning to go back again to this shop!”

Your food is ready in the drive thru before you get to the end of the line. I never eat in at this one though because you have to look at the homeless people they care for. But tonight’s experience (in particular) at this place merits a ‘Zero’ Star. After waiting for almost 45-50 minutes in a not too busy restaurant, the fancy burger arrives cold to touch and the bun is colder. The manager kindly offered to have the meal prepared again but I had to decline as time was of essence. I am hoping that this is a one off experience and am reporting this to help the restaurant better manage their processes and keep their well-deserved reputation as a fine dining place.”

“This is a very unique restaurant in the district. The breakfast is great and the dinner is ever better. It has second floor balcony type seating it has a very nice patio. It has two bars. Excellent tea and coffee. They also sell Maketto merchandise, gear you can only get here so if you're into fashion this is also a cool place to visit.
