Dockside Deli

I would have given this 5 stars like in my previous review but I went in to order 1/2 pound roast beef because I did not want to go to Publix and they charged me tax, now Grocery food is tax exempt in Florida according to the Dept Of Revenue, this was deli meat which is tax exempt but they charged me tax, then I handed the lady my charge card and she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave her a tip, the Publix deli never ask me for a tip, if I wanted to leave it for her I would have but I did not like that she ask for one, I wont be back, I will go back to Publix unless they stop charging tax on grocery food like the DOR says, I called the DOR and they said that cold cuts are tax exempt unless they prepare it on a sandwich.

Cute little deli and super clean. Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice screened back porch for dining, will be nice in the winter months. Bathrooms are out the backdoor porch and around the corner and could use some serious TLC, seemed grungy and run down.
Assorted homemade salads and Boar's Head deli meats are sold. I had the Cuban and it was warm, crispy and delicious. I only ate half and they wrapped the other half to take home. I will be back.

I have to tell you those review about little meat are bogus. They are generous with the meat. Much better than subway. Great place in our great little town. Great service and fresh meats and cheeses. Can't wait to try breakfast.

I have enjoyed their burgers that are incredible and perfectly cooked, sandwiches and the best macaroni salad. Service is fast and ordering is easy. Thank you. We appreciate that you deliver. You can only eat so much pizza. The Boss and is huge winner!
