“This is my fave Chili’s location. The last time we went, our order was not as we had ordered it. Our waitress gladly had the cook make it right but she made sure the manager knew about it because we had the manager come to our table and apologize and make it right. He gave us a free dessert. We ordered a meal and dessert to go but when we got home the dessert was missing. I called right away and spoke with the Manager Dave. Come to find out, our waitress did not add it to the to go order we placed while we were there. Once again he made it right and gave the missing dessert for free. Unfortunate for us it all happened on one visit but Dave was sincere and made it right. This place always have good food and excellent service. I don’t mind the drive to go here when I miss Chili’s food.”

“I was given rude service by what I think was one of the managers, as I go there very often and have never seem to have a problem, until today. Us customers don't know that you cant see what we've redeemed off rewards when the APP says "scan at restaurant" so like anyone else, we think you know, but I didn't deserve any kind of snarky attitude. so I let it go... THEN the inside playground, from what we heard was closed for "3 minutes" to let the strong sanitizer air out...understandable, so we purchased ice cream and chilled. THEN after 10 min we decided to go in... still a strong smell, but told the kids 5 min only (because of the smell).... until ATTITUDE MAJOR came running over to shout that it was closed...which the sign said "until 5:45"... this was a 2:30 lunch. SO honestly what needed to happen was communication within the staff. I know it's just a playground but kids live for that. I get people have bad days but I'm getting out of the office from my stress zone to enjoy a nice lunch with my family and not to be treated poorly. I am very disappointed but I will not rate anything lower than a 5 for chikfila just because of one woman. BUT I hope this does get read.”

“I usually get my quick breakfast at this location as it is on my way to work. Good and friendly early morning crew at the Drive Thru. Nice way to start your day with a pleasant crew taking your order to giving your order. They don’t make your mcmuffin with burnt edges like other locations. This is the only place I prefer getting my breakfast sandwiches on a pinch anticipating a long work day with possibly no time for lunch break.”

“My wife is Italian, so she has high tastes. lol. But Renna's has the spread of stuff. Their sauce is on point--- which is big for my wife. Everything we've had there is good.... it's actually rare to find a Italian place, especially in Jacksonville, with both good spaghetti and good pizza. Plus, its family owned and local. Mike the owner is a great guy. So that helps too!”

But I have to stay this day there was a totally purposely it seems like after a while it was evident does this guy hated his job all I asked for was that he take off two items on my Mexican pizza and he just kept repeating on the Mexican pizza and the two tacos 3 must have been three times. You was in his mid-forties and you could tell he was a smart individual it just kept doing it though. It was very unprofessional and rude. But I don't know what kind of day you having like I told my man when we got home but at the time it was frustrating and you could tell it was on purpose simply awesome though that day. Just saying he's probably about six feet tall little less dark hair and not bad looking just in case you were wondering”

“Loved the Poke bowl, just like home (Hawaii) great flavor. Liked that they had low sodium soy sauce (not Aloha brand, the cashier didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked if it was "Aloha Brand" shoyu. Nice spot to hang but only went a couple times on a visit as someone else who used to live in Hawaii recommended this place. The "extra" sauces - were a bit high. I think I spent $18 each visit, will be back again, cause it's hard to find good raw fish that's made like back home so I'll pay the price but will only get soy sauce not all the extras. Service was fine, they got it right, could be friendlier, but maybe I'm just expecting a bit of Hawaii, you won't get that attitude so it's a good thing they aren't trying to sell that atmosphere. Great place to stop by after going to the beach! Parking is a bit tight and if you sneeze you'll miss it but it's worth looking for!”

“Awesome staff and great food. The owner is always there and busses tables and helps cook. Then he plays the piano and sings. It's amazing. This place felt like home. We had two little girls and ordered pancakes and they made the pancakes Mikey mouse shape for them. We didn't even ask for that they just went out of their way to be loving. I wish I lived in Jax so we could always come here. 100% recommend this place.”

“Best gyros ever! Not to mention the extra virgin olive oil, its 100% organic and comes straight from Greece! You can even bring in an empty wine bottle and they will fill it with olive oil for you. I love using it on my dry skin and hair (for hot oil treatments )or even adding a bit to my favorite bottle of shampoo. Nothing in the stores compare.”

“This is a nice place to have a good meal, and it's within 2 blocks of the beach. We ate a delicious homemade breakfast then walked the two blocks to the beach to burn off what we ate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and it was casual and friendly. You'd fit in just as you are! Other customers must have been locals and were treated like family. Definitely a family owned small business who cares about their customers. We will be returning when we're in the area again!”

“Let's be real... the place is dirty inside and out. If you sit outside with a breeze, you get to smell the dumpsters. The burgers are always cooked perfectly but, they are so salty I gain 5lbs just in water retention for the next day. The cheese fries...they're the saving grace. Best cheese fries ever! “Traveling thru and decided on this place for lunch. Sure glad we did. Food is delicious and we are stuffed. Bacon In The Sun Cafe is a breakfast/lunch restaurant, closing at 2:30pm. It is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and welcoming. Both my husband and I chose from the breakfast menu. Biscuits, gravy, eggs, and bacon (of course). Very good service, which is important to us. Even chose to purchase a T shirt with the restaurant's name on it. When returning to Jacksonville Beach, we will certainly be eating at Bacon In The Sun.”
