And still had 2 take-out containers with leftovers. The atmosphere is pretty chill. Lots of TV shows going on. Prices were reasonable. Bree was an amazing server!! I would highly recommend. “Took the family there to eat lunch. They all picked pho and loved it. I decided to pick something different, lemongrass stir fry beef vermicelli, and waited for a while to get my food. It tasted bland and had to put hot sauce to make it somewhat enjoyable. We have the mango and peach tea to drink. They were good. The appetizer were (2) spring rolls and when cut in half it was good enough for 1 serving for four. Chicken flavored yellow rice with egg butter is a must!”

“First I’d like to say that the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They also have a bookcase with free kids book (both English and Spanish), which is a first for me…and I love it! Now to the food. I ordered a chicken taco and a carne asada taco with avocado and Mexican cheese. It cost me an extra 1.60 to add the cheese and avocado (which was ok by me because that’s what I review when I try different restaurants) Needless to say, I wasn’t wowed. The chicken wasn’t what I expected, neither was the carne asada. They both lacked flavor to me and the sliver of avocado should NOT have cost .80.. I’m just being honest.”

First time for Pombazzo but the sour cream and fresh cheese make a tangy good flavor - I liked Pombazo best with lime juice and tortilla. Food truck Guero is 1 block off the road in a residential neighborhood. Music and eating screened carport were pleasant background. Very nice!”

“Soul food cooked with soul!!! The best soul food I’ve had since relocating back to Pensacola that wasn’t cooked by me or my family. This is home cooking but without the 2-3 hour commitment. I can cook soul food but I’d sure prefer to get it quickly at B’s Cafe! All the flavor without the fuss. Food cooked hot to order, well seasoned and large portions. The restaurant is so clean that he could have an open kitchen concept. I love the well rounded menu as there is something for everyone. I can’t say enough about that red velvet cake, its soooo moist. In fact I ate the leftovers for breakfast the next day. Rib tips, okra, collard greens, cornbread, wings and pound cake are 10’s across the board! Oh my and the lemon pepper wings are fried crispy without even asking for extra crispy. I do prefer to ask for light lemon pepper seasoning but that’s a preference anywhere I get lemon pepper wings. You won’t be disappointed at B’s cafe bcus it has the 3 P’s…great product, portions and price!”

It's not fancy, but definitely authentic. There is seating outside and inside with more of a cantina style eatery feel. The music played inside is regional and not main stream Mexican music.
