“Chelsea's is my happy place. Diane and her amazing boys all treat us like family here. I would (and have) travel many miles to have one of their *amazing* bowls, fresh squeezed juice or bountiful salads from the fresh, upscale deli. Very laid back, inviting vibe. Kinda like a non-commercialized Starbucks, but 100% cooler, healthier and more personalized...complete with an amazing wine selection and even wine tastings. Stopping in just makes my day!”

They were really backed up and we were understanding of this as we order from here often and know that lunch time is super busy here. I would like to say that the lovely girl with the dark hair in a pony tail was absolutely wonderful. However, I had a terrible experience when I called in my order. The service I received was nothing short of nasty and impolite. I was not happy with this but give benefit of the doubt that everyone has those days... when we got into store I realized who took my order very quickly because she was continually being impolite and making condescending remarks. She had short blonde hair. I would recommend discussing how she handles customers. Thank you for your time :)”

“Quite good. Had their spaghetti and meatballs. If I was deciding to make a point of difference from other Vero Italian restaurants, I would add a ton of fennel to the meatballs and a ton of Bay leaf and a touch of sweetness to the sauce. Otherwise, it's actually quite good, but not a ton of difference from many other Vero Italian spots. That being said, the pizza is VERY good. Excellent crust, which is the only way to truly judge a pizza IMHO.”

“Saw an article in the local paper about them and had them added to my google maps as a place to try. Finally in the area so I stopped by. The place is on the corner if a small shopping center in downtown Vero Beach. Service was excellent. I ordered a chicken cutlet sub and a 1/2 dozen garlic rolls. Unfortunately the use the same chicken cutlet to make their chicken parmigiana. In the parmigiana, the sauce adds flavor to the meal. Unfortunately, the same cutlet in my sandwich was quite bland. They gave me an extra garlic knot for the small delay I endured. The texture of the knots was inconsistent. Some of them were fluffy and crispy on the outside while some weren't properly cooked on the inside. Sadly, there was much more oil than garlic for the knots. I may go back and try the pizza hoping to be able to salvage things, but otherwise, I wasn't impressed with the food.”

“I recently stayed at the Vero Beach hotel and ate brunch at Cobalt twice. I loved the baby kale salad; it was light and zesty with great dressing and citrus accents throughout the dish. I also enjoyed the tuna tartare. It was so fresh and the wasabi soy drizzle that accompanied it made for a delicious pairing. While a little pricey; the locale, service, and tasty dishes were worth the price. In the past I have enjoyed their tuna poke salad, which is a welcomed addition to the menu.”

I ordered their home fried potatoes with my ham and cheese omelette. I had to reject the home fried potatoes. They had some sort of coating that I just wasn't comfortable with. My waitress was very accommodating, assured me they were okay, but had no problem replacing them with hash browns. I would definitely recommend this gem of a homestyle restaurant.”

The fish taco was good but a bit pricey at $5 for one taco and that was the happy hour price.
