My wife doesn't like fish so she got the Alfredo and it was delicious and served in a skillet. I had stuffed flounder, had some scallops, chicken tenders, and stuffed salmon. Small parking issue but other than that totally will be back again and again. Small side note... waitress messed something up and diligently apologized and offered a free drink to settle it. I did not take her up on her offer...but knowing that my issue was acknowledged and appropriately escalated and then q gift ti keep me happy. A++”

“The server was nice however, she had too many tables to care for. We didn't get our dirty plates cleaned up and we had to find her for our bill so we could pay. The salad bar was great. (Check for bad cherry tomatoes once in a while though.) I really liked the broccoli cheese soup and pizza rolls/logs.”

“Staff has been fantastic. Food was good. Only had a problem once a couple years ago where the waitress was pregnant, like last trimester (not the problem). I guess she went on break and the rest of the staff stood in the door way chatting for about 30 minutes, until my food was brought to the table ice cold. Kind of annoyed, I mean really help the your team mate out! It was like 1 am and she was pregnant!”

“This location on 301 in Ellington always has fresh product and friendly service, never disappointed. 01/02/2019: I am not sure what happened to the staff that was here, but the staff that is running the store now are terrible. The woman that took our order was more worried about what was on her phone than what was happening at the counter and when the management told her to take our order she acted like we were interrupting her life. I'm not sure if we will be coming back to this location.”

“The food was excellent. Warm and served in a timely fashion. My service was a little on the weak side. Our waitress might have had too many tables in her Section. I won't complain that she was bad. Just didn't see her enough in my opinion. But I'll truck that up to being busy. Her service was great. I definitely will be back. It's not the first time I've been here but I definitely enjoy each time I come to Chili's. One of my favorite go-to places when I'm hungry and want a quick meal. The margaritas are great and so is the margarita grilled chicken. I actually purchased a second one to bring home to eat for later!”

The manger even stopped over to make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely one of the nicer Wing houses I have been to. And I love getting their boneless wings. “Ordered spring rolls and vegetable lo mein and both were very good (the spring rolls were excellent!), however, the container used for the lo mein was very faulty. I left and drove maybe 5 minutes to get gas and in that timeframe, all of the liquid had leaked from the container, through the bag and all over my seat, phone and center console. It took forever to clean and I'll need to have the seat done professionally, so I strongly advise they change the packaging so this could be avoided. Food was good, though.”

“Good service good food, meh prices. Go in here expecting to spend a bit more than what you should, but the food was great. The booth... Holy cow were we squished. None of us were very big people and the space in the booth is just tiny. This is never an issue at any restaurant, but this one was super tight. So request a table if you can. Food quality, everything was superb. Probably the best chicken Alfredo I've ever had anywhere. Spaghetti was on point, and the pizza was a little too floppy underneath, but great flavors. Won't go back often, but will probably return for the lunch specials.”
