“I saw some good reviews here so thought I’d give it a go. I was greeted very nicely when entering. Restroom was clean enough. Dining room pleasant and clean enough. My order was taken right away and I was told they would bring my food out. I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal. It took 15min to receive my food. The woman apologized when delivering. Food was hot and fresh enough. They were out of catchup. The late food and no catchup almost pushed it to 3 stars but the pleasant staff makes this 4 stars.”

“This Subway is hit or miss. I eat here all the time though cuz it is by my house. Sometimes you get a good sandwich made a sandwich artist. Other times you get a fast food sub that tastes like the garbage can you are going to toss half your sub in. If the old dude is working turn around. “Great meal, excellent food. Very poor service. The salad dressing was brought out with our drinks. We did not get the salad until we got our meal. However the waitress inform us twice during our wait,that the salad was on the way. We were never offered drink refills, had to ask for butter, sour cream,and steak sauce.When we got our tab it suggested a gratuity list. Sorry I tip according to service. And we didn't have any.”

“Very good food. Not your average restaurant definitely heavily seasoned food that actually has taste to it throughout. I saw their billboard out front for a half chicken with rice for only $9.99 let me tell you that was some of the best chicken I have ever had. It wasn't a tiny half chicken either it was actually a decent size. The seasoning that they use goes all the way through the meat. Not just on the skin like most places have. Definitely got full and couldn't finish but it was well worth it to have a chicken that had flavoring all the way through it from the seasoning.”

“Entered the Restaurant just off the Town Square at Lake Sumter Landing and approached the "Welcome Desk". The Seating and atmosphere is very comfortable and well worth the trip. The Waitress, "Nikki", was quick to offer drinks and go over the menu and explaining the days' Specials. After ordering, Nikki returned with drinks, rolls and salad remarkably quickly. I hardly had time to put a dent in the peanut can! After the salad, my steak arrived. Medium Well with Fries! It was Fabulous! Nikki was VERY attentive consistently through the meal while the Manager, "James" seemed to be interested in the Customers' dining experience in every area of the Restaurant. If James was out of view, Manager Barry was just as available. Codys' has quickly become my favorite Restaurant in The Villages. ”

“I enjoyed the chicken strawberry salad during a ladies birthday luncheon. The service was slow, but the food was fresh and delicious. Because we were visiting, I was fine with the amount of time so we could chat, but several of the other ladies were not as happy, so 4 out of 5 stars. There were only compliments once the food was delivered. There were 10 of us, so that says something. The staff was friendly and attentive. Because it was a birthday luncheon we all HAD to have dessert. I would highly recommend the chocolate lava cake and apple strudel. Both were served warm and with ice cream. It was the highlight of the meal.”

“I have to say, I was greatly impressed by this place. I have never seen a new, enormous gas and food like this place. Tons of offerings: self-serve frozen yogurt, coffee shop, outdoor enclosed place to do internet and recharge a phone, very clean place, maintained squeegee buckets, friendly staff, well-stocked shelves, hot food, wine bottle selection area (even chilled ones), and an expansive ceiling. I can see how the small mom and pop shops can't compete. The pumps were obviously nice and new...and without bubble gum all over the ground.”
