“My family and I ate at IHOP on Christmas day. They were incredibly packed but the service was impeccable. We didn't come across a single employee with a nasty attitude because they had to work on Christmas. The cooks did an amazing job and the food got delivered pretty quickly despite the high volume of customers. Because of this experience alone I will forever give this particular IHOP 10 out of 10.”

“I've been coming to this location for 30 years and I was very disappointed today. I stood the counter for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes of being polite, I did pound on the counter trying to get someone's attention but the gentleman manning the store was near the rear door talking to a female for some time so could not be bothered by me or by the orders backing up and getting burnt in the oven. When he did see me, I of course patiently waited for him to get everybody's crispy orders off of the running oven. He chastise me for not getting his attention as he handed me pizzas that would not be hot by the time I got home..I think this all happened when they took that really cool 70s picture off the wall off former employees.. nobody looking down with expectations anymore I suppose.”
