“The Lazy Lobster is a combination fish market and restaurant offering great fish options as well as a wide variety of lobster prepared in a variety of different ways. I arrived well after the dinner crowd on a Saturday night, and sat at the bar since I was eating by myself. The bartender was very friendly and made sure that I had great service at the bar. After you place the order they brought a basket with a mini loaf of banana bread and butter. I had two pieces while I was waiting for my meal, and then decided to save the rest for desert at the end of the meal. I was craving shrimp and oysters and found that they had great options of both. I ordered the oysters raw on the half shell. They had a great flavor with a nice salinity and served with cocktail and a mild horseradish. The oysters were varying sized with one being a little small than I would have expected. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and had great texture. I ordered them warm and they were served with both cocktail sauce and clarified butter. I liked them best with the cocktail sauce and I thought that the serving size was generous.”

“Just left Num Thai and I cannot wait to go back. Had sushi and my first Curry ever. So flavorful and delicious. Went in late on a Sunday night and the place was super busy, which is a good sign. The staff was incredibly friendly and our food came out hot, fresh and fast. This restaurant is now one of our must go to every time we come to the keys. Highly recommend.”

“Nice staff and delicious food! I walked in and was quickly greeted. I told the cashier it was my first time in but I was looking to order a bowl. He quickly let me know they were out of the ocean mermaid and let me know what the other bowls contained. He was super nice and I ordered and acai bowl. My cashier also made my bowl and. Was fast at that as well. I loved the amount of coconut on top! So much better than the dusting of sweetened shredded coconut from the grocery store that I've had at other places.”

“Great location for sunset and happy hour. There was plenty of seating on a Wednesday. The staff/bartenders were very nice and welcoming. Mario gave great suggestions for appetizers and was quick to keep the drinks and water flowing. The view is the best. Parking was easy at the resort and there are nice walkways on the water for a stroll at sunset.”

“We had a beautiful view to gaze out on while we shared our seafood platter and tater tots. The food was above our expectations, prepared and seasoned perfectly. I was worried that everything would taste the same (fried with no flavour), but each had their own unique flavour and texture. The Platter from the appetizers menu and a side of tater tots were more than we could finish between us both. Great value for money!”

“The coconut onion rings were excellent in every level, first, they were made fresh from scratch and never frozen, cooked perfectly and we were actually about to break off sections of the rings to dip them without the batter falling off or pulling the whole ring out of its casing...flavor was the best part thought. Jalapeno peppers were also never frozen made fresh and really good! The scallops weren't overcooked. The sweet potato fries were not raw and not overcooked. All in all the food was excellent and the prices far less than I was expecting to pay in the keys. Great hangout spot.”

“Found on Yelp. It is hit or miss on Yelp based on season and staff for the day. We went in September (which is the slow season in the keys apparently) But we knew we had an awesome selection when customers of other tables talk to each other on the way out. That tells me that locals go there, which told me it was awesome. The food did not disappoint and it was delicious. Can't wait to get back to the keys!”
