“I been trying to do this survey for months now but always get so busy I forget to do it. I love going to this location not only because is right next to my business but because the staff is amazing here. I always order via mobile app and drink is always ready and made perfect when I get there. Out of the hundreds of times I ordered maybe 1 time I needed to change the drink and chances are it was because of a mistake I did. I order so many times that Leslie knows me by name, is so awesome to go somewhere where someone knows you and acknowledges you by your name(I was never expecting such great treatment). I literally drive pass 3 Starbucks to get to this one, and I have no issue doing so. To who ever own this location Leslie is amazing! She truly goes above and beyond for everyone there, I have been there long enough to observe her with other customers and everyone loves her! Not sure what her position is in this store but don't loose her, as someone who is in customer service business I would had promoted someone like that to manager and let her teach others what customer service should be like. Thank you Leslie for always making each morning I stop by so awesome! To everyone else you all rock also, you guys are a great team there.”

“First time at this location. Very clean and the restroom was clean too. The young lady who took our order was very sweet and listened to exactly what we wanted. The only thing that I didn’t like is that we stood there for 15 mins waiting on 2 drinks. We were the only ones inside that had ordered so I’m not sure what the hold-up was. They gave me my cheese danish right away but because our drinks took so long that by the time I got to eat it, it was cold. ( it was hot when I received it )”

“This is a great place to hang out with friends. They have authentic Taiwanese street food along with great milk tea and amazing snow/shaved ice. I like their earl grey milk tea with 75% sweetness. My husband and son loves their mango snow ice. Their rice/noodle dishes are okay, but not the best I’ve tasted around the area. They also provide fresh pastries and a selection of other cake/dessert. Their bread is a bit on the pricy side compare to some other bakeries, but it’s made fresh and the quality is great. There are numerous times that the cashier stopped me while I was browsing their bread from the bakery shelve just to tell me that they have a fresh batch coming out and he/she would go grab the ones I want from the rack since they were waiting to be packaged. This shows me that they actually care about their customers. Overall this is a sweet little cafe close to UCF and it is definitely a great hangout place. PS. I wish they would add highchair and diaper changing table since that would be really helpful for young moms with little ones.”

They were practicing social distancing, hand washing and masking up. 2. It did take a little while to get our 3 orders and I hope they improve their speed time in the future. 3. They probably could ask for people's name in order to make it less confusing. 4. Their waffles are more on the firmer side therefore the topping don't make them soggy. That is a plus! “I am really confused about the complaints I have read related to customer service and pricing. While it may be slow to get through the line sometimes, it is because there are so many people crowded in the cafe because they're that good. We walk over to the cafe from our building that has a cafe in it. We weren't really sure if Cafe Vecino would remain the same after the new owners took over. I will say the new owners are very nice and very welcoming and accommodating. Also, the kitchen staff from Cafe Vecino are still there, so the food hasn't changed. As a matter of fact, they actually offer even more selections and more variety in their menu. They even added vegan and vegetarian options and really hat something for everyone. The cafe in my building is quite expensive, portions much smaller and they have less of a variety than Cafe Vecino. I love this place.”
