“My experience was great! The food was fresh and prepared with love! The mimosas were deliciously flowing! Our server was amazing! The only downfall was choosing outside seating for brunch. The hostess must've wanted us to leave sooner because she kept rolling the awning back to let the sun bake everyone. She claimed it was because it couldn't be supported with the wind blowing, but there was no wind. We requested she roll it back out multiple times, but she only did it when another party was seated who requested it. If she was more polite, the experience would've been 5 stars! I will be going back though.”

“I was desperately craving a good old fashioned English meat pie, so I decided to give this place a try. I really enjoyed it. My waiter was friendly and the food was great. I had the steak and ale pie. It normally comes with vegetables, but I upgraded to fries for $1.50 more. The pie pastry was flaky and buttery, everything I had been craving. There was lots of beef inside the pie and the gravy was delicious. The pub was clean and tidy. A little pricey, but overall, I recommend this place and would definitely eat there again.”

“I have eaten at this spot for many years and have always enjoyed my meals. Sadly, today my lunch was just not up to their usual standard. I ordered one of the wonderful hamburgers...and while the bun was big and fresh, the "hamburger" was a 1/4 inch deep and sat inside the bun within a 1/4" of the sides. Too thin to cook "medium" so it was well done. The cheese slice was so thin it was transparent and only covered 1/2 of the burger. I ordered the potato salad which I hadn't had for a while: it was pulverized into almost a mash and had a vinegary taste. I hope this is not going to be a new "norm" there!”

“Lovely place . we went there a few years when it just had opened, the service was great, they had really nice bartenders to make each drink in a specific way, so you felt so special. We recently went back, it was a bit different, the menu did change a bit. Bartender a bit less interested in charming us with the drink creation. Now it just felt like regular bar atmosphere. But still it was a really nice experience, really good food and drinks. I just perhaps wish they had kept the charm and enthusiasm they first had.”
