“Dim Sum in St. Pete! I didn't think I'd ever see the day. Dim Sum was one of the things that I missed most about living in a real city. Ha Long Bay is a hidden gem in a culinary wasteland. That said, parking can be tight and service can be slow. The inside has a cool aquarium to look at while you wait. Food wise, the white egg rolls are crispy and amazingly flavorful. They alone are worth the trip. Ha Long Bay has a variety of dumpling and bun choices that are also quite good. The dumplings explode in your mouth, releasing a garlicky ginger explosion of deliciousness.”

“A warm and intimate neighborhood restaurant that serves 5 star meals. The menu is unique and mostly Italian. My favorite is their aged steak for two. It will melt in your mouth! It's better than Capitol Grill and so for the best steak I have had in St. Pete / Tampa Bay Area. They also have fantastic desserts. I would say this is special definitely a place for special evenings. Great for an anniversary. It is pricey but the atmosphere is relax to semi formal. You will see people in beachy attire, office and formal. I could see bringing family with kids but the feel is more adult, date night, and business.”

“I've went to this Subway 3 times this week. Standing in line as I type this they have been out of soap in the bathroom all 3 times I've been here. I don't know of they're not refilling it at all or if they run out everyday but they should fix it. A lot of construction workers come through here and our hands are filthy. Also, 2 days ago a female came in the store and got into a verbal altercation with one of the employees. Instead of ignoring the situation the employee continued to verbally antagonize the female”

“Very exquisite dining experience at Buya Ramen in an eclectic and serene setting. Our ramen bowls, the seafood bowl and short rib bowl, were well seasoned and mouth watering. We had some pork belly buns for an appetizer that were so silky they melted on your mouth. Service was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Large selection of drink choices to accompany your meal. Two bowls and an order of buns was about $45 plus tip. Well worth it!”

“Chips were perfect. Salsa was spot on. Guacamole could have used a little less lime and little more flavor such as garlic or salt. Spicy chicken salad was amazing and filling. The fish bowl was delicious, but the portion of fish was small. Homemade corn tortillas were delicous and perfect for the bowl. The chicken burrito was large and had amazing flavor. Definitely will be back for happy hour tacos.”

“My partner and I ate there a few weeks ago and absolutely loved their food. Their burgers all sounded amazing and we each ended up highly enjoying our separate choices. I can't remember the names of what we ordered, but I do remember that their sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had. I often order burgers when I go out to eat and will say that this is one of the few places I've been in a few different states that knows his to make a juicy well done burger. Well done seems to often be either stiff or just ok but this one was *kisses fingers*. The bartender was personable, greeted us right away when we walked in, and gave us good suggestions on drinks and food. We will be back!”

“This place is very quaint, but the food is what you need to go for. Huge portions, specials, unique recipes all for a great price. Ray will always surprise you with something new to try, or sample before he puts it on the menu. AND YES, HE DOES SOME RAW VEGAN AS WELL!! Ray also opened for Christmas, and brought out some exciting new dishes. Bourbon Chicken with whatever magic soul Ray throws in. Quite awesome.”

“Great little cozy place with amazing food and friendly staff. I’ve only ever had the delicious breakfast burrito but friends that I have brought have always been delighted with the whatever they have gotten. There is inside and outside seating with lots of shade. It’s perfect for a quick bite or for hanging out and reading a book. I usually hope on my bike and take MLK all the way. They have a bike lock area, which anyone who bikes knows can be a challenge to find in some places. It’s a great place!”

“This was a fun place, we stopped by when we saw the shuffleboard courts and enjoyed the food as well. Decent pricing. My fried green tomato BLT was missing its bacon and I didn’t even notice til I let my husband have a bite and he pointed it out. That’s a good sandwich if you don’t even notice the missing bacon! (I’m a little miffed we got charged for a sandwich with missing bacon, though.) My husband’s The Thing sandwich was so good he’s still talking about it. On the down side, our server was in a BAD mood. Servers are human, too, and allowed to have bad days, but she did put a damper on our meal and the service was very slow. Otherwise we loved this place and the food. I do wonder how hot it will be in the summer time since it’s all open air... get some good fans!”

Not sure why chili cheese dog/burger isn't listed on the menu but I'm sure it would taste a lot better. The dogs themselves are even cheap and sub par (chicken?). The coleslaw is excellent though, and I've been happy with the breakfast sandwiches to get me going. I think I'll stick to the regular sandwiches for a light lunch.”

“This place is so much fun and has wonderful local bands that play live. The music varies depending on band but always fun. The crowd is diverse and all ages. Mostly adults a few families with kids and they all seem to enjoy. The crowd and the staff are all nice. It seems to be a well liked local favorite. The food is what I might call gourmet bar. I would recommend the Parmesan truffle oil fries (it's shareable) with their steak sliders (only two). The ambiance is relaxed. Outside is almost Key West style where the bands play. Inside is smaller with some tables and bar. Inside is very shabby chic roaring 1920's. Great staff and I recommend!”
