“Man was this the best place for dinner. We took our obligatory storm trip to the gulf from home ( we live 15 min from the beach). We decided on the Slippery Mermaid and it was the best decision. “The food was amazing. The hibachi show was fun to interact with and very entertaining. They no long allow you to share a meal on the hibachi so everyone has to pay the full price. Great food and plenty of leftovers. Celebrated anniversary and they brought us out a pineapple 🍍 with candles.”

“This place was amazing. It was recommended to us by the lady we rented our vacation spot from. The burritos are giant, the chimichangas delicious, the enchiladas superb. The food is FRESH. My super picky 8 yr old enjoyed his food. My bottomless pit 13 yr old was full and left with leftovers. The cherry on top was the great service. [Eric] was our server, we never saw an empty glass and he was friendly and attentive. Thank you, Cactus Flower, for a great family dinner!”

“I always love KFC original chicken but at this restaurant, the guy who took my order also package my order and instead of using the utensils, he used his actually hands to pick up my chicken and biscuits, which made me feel uncomfortable to eat it because he just touched the cash register to take my order....I thought KFC trained their employees how to handle foods both cooked and uncooked but maybe not”

“We have eaten there a few years and it has been pretty good. The prices seemed a bit higher this year which is understandable and we are glad they are still there. The line was out the door so we went a little later the next time and cruised in much faster. Even with the long line the wait wasn't terrible. Again I would go a little after the dinner rush and take it to go. My wife and son love the crab legs. The fried shrimp is good as well. See you guys next year!”

“Great selection! So many combinations to choose from!!! Whatever you want-they probably have. Even creamy toppings!!! The staff is kinda snotty and cross sometimes but it doesn't keep me from stopping by!! Shaved ice sizes are awesome and super reasonable!! Tried boiled peanuts for the first time... not sure if I am a fan or not??? They have a covered sitting area and porch swings. I would highly recommend!!!”

“Seriously legit. Called ahead 20 minutes and received prompt service for carryout. The Cuban was good; a great pickle and smoky pork with interesting texture. But the Damn Yankee... that was euphoric. Amazing meat, the perfect amount of sauce, filled full end-to-end, and packed with flavor. HUGE- their 12" quote sells themselves short. “We found ourselves unexpectedly in the Navarre area and happened upon this little breakfast spot. The atmosphere is awesome. It feels like an insider spot and the food was incredible. My husband and I both got the brisket tacos with the homemade cilantro salsa and added avocado. It was a large portion and the brisket was amazing. Our specialty coffees were delicious as well. Our waitress was awesome but everyone we talked to on staff were also very friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this place enough.”

“Stopped by Buh's BBQ for some of his famous brisket...Yummy!!! We were met with a smiling face. It took a little while but we were able to wait under a nice tarp which covered some picnic benches. “Hungry Howie’s never disappoints when we visit Florida. They have a wide selection of pizzas and especially flavored crusts. My favorite, however, is their sandwiches. They use a pizza crust for the bread and is baked in the oven. It’s a gooey piece of goodness! We chose delivery and were pleasantly surprised that the wait time was only 45 minutes to our condo on the island.”
