I had their Apple Cake cupcake ( pictures below) which is moist and delicious has apple mixed in the batter double the yum😋😋. The Apple Cake cupcake will definitely fulfill your sweet tooth needs. I also enjoyed the Raspberry cupcake which is a moist chocolate cake with raspberry filling. Decadent and delicious 😋. Check out the posted menu. If in Sarasota you should definitely check out. “I went there this weekend for the first time. Took my Czech friend for his birthday and it was amazing. The food was incredible (we had the chicken schnitzel), and the service was great. The amount of items they have in the store is perfect! We found so many delicious items, as well as things I need to make some Czech dishes at home. There were a few things we wanted to get that, unfortunately, got sold out before we were able to get them. But we will be back for sure! Great place and I highly recommend it.”

“The Shepard's was filled with seasoned ground lamb, corn, carrots and other vegetables. Delivered in a single-serve pie tin lined with a pastry crust and topped with lightly seasoned mashed potatoes. The beef pot pie was similarly served, except with a pie crust top. The beef and vegetables were seasoned similar to a well done beef bourguignon, including a light aroma of dark red wine. Both meals are more than adequate for a single adult with an average appetite. These are excellent home cooked dishes, that hold up well when ordered for take out. The chef is very active supporting area food banks, which is greatly appreciated.”

Coffee is wonderful, pastries are made fresh daily and are delicious, and we can say first-hand that the Sorrento Caprese sandwich is out of this world! Balsamic olive oil was so good I could have had a small cup of it by itself! Plus, the basil pesto - heaven! Please help keep this small business in Sarasota - stop in for breakfast or lunch - you will be happy you did! Chef Gordon provided the perfect space for this purpose. He even rented a large round table and chairs last minute, as the attendees grew from 4 to 10. He has knowledge of local vendors that can provide you most anything. Your Culinary Place is located in a great little area of town too. “This was just a random stop for my mom and I as we were driving down mainstreet looking for something good to eat. We originally went in for pizza, but after looking at the menu, we went for a meatball sub and a turkey sandwich because the sounded so good. Needless to say, the meatball sub was amazing. “Their Pizza is delicious. The bread is as good as any gluten bread you could want. My daughter has never had gluten bread and was only moderately happy with this bread, but I think it's because it had kind of a sour flavor as per a gluten bread with yeast. We appreciate that it's not sweet. We had the key lime pie and it is good... 3.5 out of 5. I find that inferior key lime pies are loaded with sugar and have an overpowering sweetness. This one was pretty sweet, not as bad as many and the crust and creamy topping sort of balanced it out but the key lime filling was pretty dang sweet. Still, it tasted good and had the right amount of key lime flavor. It's great to walk in to a bakery and know that you could safely buy anything! Oh... 1 more thing... The ingredient list on the bread is good. Few if any red flags there. We were happy with our baked goods!”
