“Can’t believe I lived here almost a year without trying this place!! I even drove by it every day for work! This is a place I can’t recommend enough to people. My friend and I will go here after a long day of volleyball when we’re extremely hungry. It’s the perfect place because it’s very inexpensive and the portions are bigger than you expect. You’ll never leave here hungry! The chips and guac is the best of the best! All of the tacos are delicious! Like I said, cannot recommend this place enough!!”

“I am so grateful for Gary’s help in planning the food for our wedding. We booked him last minute and he really came through, helping us figure out the best food for the type of reception we wanted. On the day of the wedding, I barely saw his staff...as the bride, I was already overwhelmed by details and it was so nice to know the food for my guests was completely taken care of. My now-husband (who never raves about food) commented several times on how much he enjoyed the sliders! I was so pleased that he enjoyed it! Also, as a finishing touch, there was a box of food from the reception boxed up and ready to go with my new husband and me on our honeymoon! Since I hadn’t had time to eat anything during the reception, I was SO grateful for this little, thoughtful touch! They even uncorked the wine, added wine glasses and put in a bit of our wedding cake too. All in all, I was very pleased with the professionalism, quality of food and service I received from Gary and his staff. “Overall the place was good. The crab cakes were nothing but filler and soggy, but I have high standards as a Marylander. The score crabs were good and and the sides were decent. The best item we ordered was the sushi! I got Bill's Tuna roll and it was divine. The tuna was so fresh that it melted in my mouth. It was a great place to take kids and for large groups (we had 8). The atmosphere was good too.”

Vacationing with the family in Miramar and we ate here (takeout) two nights in a row, and we're still wishing we were close enough to stop by again. “We really enjoyed our dining experience here. They had various games that we enjoyed playing while waiting on the food. The BBQ was very good. It's cooked without sauce so you get the full BBQ taste and then you can add the sauce to your liking. The french fries, potato salad, baked beans, and fried okra were all really good. “This is a great little pizza joint. It is within walking distance from some of the local bars, like the Growler Garage, which is nice. The pizza is solid, and the crust is very crispy, with cheese on the crust for even more flavor. My personal favorites are their spaghetti and meatball, and quadruple bypass. They can be a bit on the slow side service wise. The only other negative I can think of is that the pizza's are expensive, but given the location, it's to be expected.”

“The first time we came, years ago, we were surprised to find valet parking, at a place called Slinky's! What a fabulous place this is!! The atmosphere is casual and warm and feels comfortable and welcoming. Nothing stuffy here! The bar is a great place to mingle and enjoy a cocktail while waiting, or dine at the bar. The Bloody Mary is the best I’ve ever had, with a little bit of everything! We’ve tried most everything on the menu. It’s all good. The shrimp over angel hair pasta is probably my favorite. The staff is always friendly. They have a nice gift shop next door!”

“Context: early November/fall of 2021 at 5pm in the afternoon, my mom and I visited this little seaside haven. The restaurant is nice and open with the seaside vibe. Open air ways for the breeze to flow right on through and felt perfect this time of year. Food was incredible!!!!! The fried shrimp and crab was my favorite. I got the all you can eat surf and turf and ate till I was wobbling out 😂 My mom got one of the steamers and didn’t talk the whole time cause it was so good!! For the price and quantity of food you get, you will not find ANY better on the beach!!! Making this a go to for every time we come back to the beach! Also shoutout to Lauren for being an awesome waitress!!”
