“Tried it today and was pretty happy with the pan pizzas I got. It seems a little understaffed compared to the Dominos I usually order from as I only saw one person working but they did open pretty recently, like a month or two ago. The lady who took my order was friendly and she brought the pizzas out to me at the table I was sitting when they were done. I like the convenience of it being inside Walmart so I can grab the pizzas on my way out the door instead of making a 2nd stop on my way home. Too bad they don't sell by the slice though.”

“Loved the pizza here. We placed an online order and picked it up at the store. Since we ordered it through the app we got great discount coupon. We were able to get a large pizza with five toppings for around 10 bucks. Great deal!! We had our order ready in no time and it was very delicious. “Hey, I’m not sure if this email will find anyone but I have a small concern. I’ve ordered 4 or 5 times and the pizza is really good…. But tonight I feel like the ball was dropped. I ordered half veggie and half meat and it looks like they just put the bare minimum of toppings on the meat side. The in house employees were all very busy and by the time I realized the pizza was “skimpy” I was already home. Please let me know what can be done to fix this. “This is an explanation to all of the people with negative comments about the customer service, delivery time, wrong address ect. We are one of the dominos in the city of Miami that gets really busy this time of year we are very understaffed…which means we don’t have enough personnel to give great service THATS not an excuse but it is a cause. I myself am an employee there and it’s very difficult to deal with too many things at ones. I get the concerns and the complaints but it all just kind of seems very one sided. You guys act like you have never worked in a fast food chain with much work we try our best to reach everybody’s concerns and we understand but you guys have to understand aswell. As for wrong addresses in delivery, I recommend that before you finish placing an order either through the app or online or even through the phone you should verify the address. Online it changes addresses especially if it’s not automatically put from being a regular customer so that’s an easier way to stop wrong addresses and misunderstanding from happening. Inside carry out customer service. That’s more than likely on a busy day because other than that our carry out employee go above and beyond to give great service to customers in the store. You can always ask and will receive customer is always right. Other than I apologize sincerely and if you have any comments or concerns you may come back again and ask for me. I’m always willin and open to take care of problems.”
