“We have visited Tybee three other times in the past 5 years and somehow missed this treasure! We just happened upon it in a Google search this year and we are so glad we did! Fried green tomatoes for appetizer, Seared Shrimp and Grits for me (EIGHT large shrimp!) and Flounder (the entire fish minus the head!) for my husband. So delicious and perfectly cooked and portioned. Great friendly service! (Thanks Laurie, for the history of the restaurant AND the flounder tutorial!) We did not have a reservation but we will next time...we got lucky this time! Don't miss this island gem on your Tybee visit.”

“I’ve been to Cafe on 80 a couple of times and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are awesome and while the selection of bagels is limited, they are delicious and filling. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great for it not being a “coffee spot”. I’ll be back and I’ll bring all my friends, too.”

“1 of our new favorites!!! Pizza On Wheels, 80 East Gaston Pub, and this fantastic Mexican restaurant. I have a favorite at home in NC and this restaurant rivals its quality and flavor. This is a lot of me to say because I go to my favorite at home 1 to 2 times a week sometimes!! It is a definite must if you are on the island or even staying in Savannah!! The staff was super nice as well. We will be back!!❤❤❤”

The service was quick and friendly. They got slammed with a large group right after us so we were very fortunate. The restaurant is quaint and comfortable.”

“This bar was walking distance from the condo I stayed at during my last visit to Tybee and I couldn't have been happier! The atmosphere was great. It felt local not like a tourist trap. Everyone was friendly and happy. The people that worked there were a hoot. Needless to say, I spent several evenings here eating and drinking. I can't get over how good the food was and how affordable! The pizza and salads were huge and delicious. Everyone with me enjoyed their food. The drinks are also on point! I also should mentioned I heard some really good live music while there. I will be back.”

“Beachside lunch. Everything you'd expect. Ocean breeze blowing for seating outside. Fans inside to keep the heat down. The waiters were very attentive and kind. Burgers seemed like the right thing to eat at the beach. They were cooked exactly as we requested and tasted delicious. One fryer was down and that eliminated some menu options but honestly I'm not looking for perfection when I'm eating at the beach. A Chill beach place like this is what I'm down for any day.”
