“Never thought I'd find authentic Hawaiian shaved ice. But here I am blown away by the treats "Twin Kookies & Gemelos Shaved Ice" has to offer. This local store was surprising clean, welcoming, with a touch of the aloha spirit. We also tried their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. It's one of the only stores that will serve the cookie warm! Literally, melts in your mouth. We will certainly be back. Mahalo!”

“I do not recommend going here for food if you don't have 30 to 45 minutes to wait for a grilled cheese. The coffee is delightful and is completed in a timely manner. I asked the girl behind the counter after the third time approaching to find out about my order (two grilled cheese sandwiches and a chicken salad sandwich) and she said it was normal for it to take 30 minutes to get my food. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. I left 3 stars because the coffee is good. I updated my review from three stars to four after the owner responded. I simply wish that at the time of ordering I was given a estimated time for when the food would be ready. I appreciate the response from ownership. Thank you for receiving my feedback”

“Ultra Chill Spot! I love how they have the to go section set up, it’s decked out with straws, sweeteners and other condiments to ensure a smooth in and out experience. This location just remodeled and it looks so spiffy!!! The outside is modern and sleek with a patio that is pretty open so you feel comfortable actually getting some work done outside on a laptop. Can’t get my day right without seeing this staffs amazing attitude and customer service!”

“I love this location so much! I come in almost every day for coffee because they have the best coffee in a several mile radius. Everyone on staff is so friendly, they always brighten my day. On the occasions that I get to sit in the restaurant and get a little work done, I always enjoy the music they have on and the atmosphere they create. The whole restaurant is always spotless and the food is excellent!”

“I was craving the turkey burger and sweet potato fries from U.S. Cafe but didn't want to drive to their South Cobb location. So I went to their Express location instead. The food was good and came out quickly. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because of the customer service. The lady taking orders was on her phone face timing someone and was really loud. It was just so unprofessional to do so while you're at the counter taking orders. Don't know if I'll return to this location but I still have love for US Cafe in general.”

“This is a very slow location. I've never seen a McDonald's that has so much trouble filling drive through orders. Frequently, there are 3 to 4 cars waiting in a drive through over flow, which is after the pick up window, and the wait can be about 10 minutes idling. At least the service is usually nice and friendly, if you have the patience to wait for your food. You're better off going to the one at Cumberland and Spring. It's much faster, especially if you are doing Drive Through.”

“1st time I came here with my sister and she got the house salad with grilled chicken and I got cheese burger and fries, EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! Her salad was huge and she plenty of freshly grilled chicken and I tried some of it and it was fabulous, my cheeseburger was perfect! So I stopped by again tonight and got the same salad. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! It was like a completely different salad, the tiniest, coldest piece of chicken, a spits worth of cheese, just a bunch of chunk lettuce with NO SALAD DRESSING!!! I told the young woman several times what dressing I wanted, and yet NOTHING!! HOW DO YOU FORGET SALAD DRESSING?! I also ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings just in case (glad I did) however those were almost forgotten. As I waited a tall man came out and just handed them to me, unwrapped, so I just had to dump them in my bag. Really disappointed with tonight's experience! I really hope this was an off night because I really want to like this place.”

“It's brand new, totally remodeled. However, their new system lost my order. It never made it from the kiosk to the cooks. If I hadn't already paid for my order, I would've walked. I was not a happy camper. It would have been a better experience had they refunded my money. I'll probably go back if I'm in the area and need to grab something fast. Other than that, probably not.”

“Today you delivered. I have had hit or miss experiences with the iced coffee at this location, but today approaching noon I tried two of the featured items, the sweet bbq bacon wake-up wrap and the pumpkin iced coffee with almond milk. I am pleasantly shook. Excellent customer service taking and filling my order, my wrap was delicious, I’ve clearly been sleeping. The bacon was crispy which other fast food chains have yet to master, and the pumpkin iced coffee had a nice spice to it. I am so very impressed and I feel like even though it’s almost 90 degrees outside it’s fall sweater weather inside of my car ☺️. I feel good ya’ll. Follow me on the ‘gram.”

“The employees are always patient and kind everytime I stop in. They didn't dissappoint tonight when I came in tired and weary. I left in a good mood feeling better as usual. They hire good security. The guard who works normally at night is friendly and polite to the patrons. There are never problems here when he is working. He keeps everyone safe with a calm demeanor and friendly nature. Humility is the best way to do that. Thats what he is. I respect him for that.”
