“First time in I was greeted with a nice hello and welcome. Met the Bartender "eye candy" and he made me an old fashion smoked and it was delicious. Also met Mark the creator of this fine establishment and he is amazing has the passion for taking care of the people with amazing wine-food-atmosphere. Highly recommend and my guess is you will be back again and again. Great Job Mark”

“Great place! We had our son’s birthday party in this location and it was a wonderful experience! You don’t have to worry about entertaining, food, games, drink or cleaning! They have very reasonable prices. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Take this place in consideration for your next event, you won’t regret it!!”

“My first impression of Kyuramen is WOW the decoration is so nice and easy on the eyes. The restaurant is quite spacious. I went on their "soft opening" day, but they were fully prepared for the rush and all items on the menu were available it might as well be a grand opening. The service was amazing, they gave us alcohol wipe to clean our hand and phone after we were seated. All the servers are very nice, and help each other out, so I don't have to wait for my server if he/she is busy with other tasks. We were lucky to get the bottom bee booth that looks very charming. Now for the food, first thing first, save space for the dessert! My wife and I ordered the combination B1 - Classic for $46.99 that includes: A bowl of kyushu tonkotsu shio ramen ($15.99) A bowl of (spicy) Sapporo Miso Ramen ($16.99) Popcorn Chicken ($8.49) Japanese Cherry Blossom Jelly ($4.99) Matcha Pudding with red beans ($4.99) The shio ramen was much lighter in flavor and less saltier than the Miso. Both were good in its own way. The shio is refreshing with every spoon of broth while the miso brings a punch of flavor along with the perfect spiciness. Both came with half a marinated egg, but it was not cold like many places, it was still perfectly cooked. I just wish they give us 2, I love eggs. The pork chashu can be improved, the 2 pieces were thin and compared to surrounding ramen joints, and it was lacking in flavor. My bamboo shoots were still cold, I guess it was added after the broth were poured. I like how they have corn already added to the ramen, I love corn, and didn't have to order as extra on the side. The popcorn chicken was a little disappointing, while it was not the worse we have had, it can definitely be improved. It was not crispy enough to be considered popcorn chicken, maybe chicken nuggets. It was quite salty we had to asked for some lemon to calm it down a notch. The highlight of the evening was the matcha pudding and the jelly. I love both, the pudding was rich and very smooth. It was like eating cloud, I would imagine cloud would taste like this, matcha cloud. The red beans were full beans so you know they cooked them and not from the can. You have to try the matcha pudding. The jelly is very light in flavor like the yin to the matcha (yang) switching between the two dessert is very compelling. They are both not sweet at all and I love it. The sweetness is just enough to make you crave more. Checkout was a breeze on the iPad, no hand calculation needed, it's all there with a few click. I did not see the dessert crepes on the menu and hopefully they will be on the menu soon enough so I can return and just order a bunch of desserts.”

“We really enjoyed the corn dog, it's was fun to watch them make it! It's a great addition to the mall food! A delicious quick cheesy sweet and savory bite! We will definitely try them again. The staff were very knowledgeable and polite and gave us good suggestions for our first time trying. 🥰❤️”

“I visited this restaurant on Saturday and received great food and customer service. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and the options were vast and included authentic Jamaican sweets such as bun and cheese and peanut brittle. We ordered curried goat and escoveitch fish which was seasoned to perfection! As a Jamaican, I tend to be very picky when it comes to purchasing Jamaican cuisine, because it is just never quite like home. However, Lorna’s Manna came through and I truly had no regrets for stopping by. I will certainly be back for more of this “yuminess.” Thanks so much for making our tummies happy!!!”

“Not bad, but for $15 for a sandwich and fries I was expecting outstanding. I was hoping for a crispy crunchy exterior and juicy on the inside but the outside wasn't crispy but was juicy on the inside. It's kind of like a bigger version of the CFA spicy chicken, where the spiciness is powdery but with more kick. I opted for coleslaw on the side so I could taste just the sandwich. With the coleslaw it was much better but killed the spiciness. I still prefer Popeye's or even the BK Spicy Ch'king. The fries were amazing though. I tried level 'hot' and will go up to extra hot next time. Always willing to give a place a couple of tries.”

“DO NOT underestimate this location. It may look small, but it is very much not lacking. All of the Mexican and Salvadoran essentials can be found here, and then some. It's like a Carniceria Garcia or Mi Rancho condensed, with very little lost in translation. I'll have to return sometime.”

“This was our first time here and it was slow at the time. The server was quick to say hello and take our drink order. We started with the garlic knots but they were not very garlicky. My wife had a pepperoni calazone which was good but had a little to much ricotta cheese. I had the hot wings and they were yummy. We tried a cannoli for dessert, it was chocolate dipped and was excellent! Overall the service was great but some if the food items were lacking enough flavor.”

“I’ve ordered the vegetarian patacones and it was excellent. However, the de la casa pizza with no meat on it that I’ve ordered came with lots of chicken on it. After waiting for a while to get my food, it was very disappointing when I got home.”

“The Al Pastor burrito is amazing - slow cooked smoky pork, flavorful bacon, rice and fresh cilantro make for a tasty meal and the tortilla is nicely grilled for texture. The churros are nice and crispy, with a nice chew and creamy filling on the inside for that authentic experience. Salsa tastes fresh with ripe tomato flavor, cilantro, onions and the usual suspects. The big letdown was the chips, unfortunately. So the burrito comes with like 5 chips in a small bag so I ordered chips and salsa as a side, but they were thick and dense. More importantly, they weren't even hot or seasoned with salt. I can't really recommend the chips unless you're getting nachos.”

“Intimate, mellow soul food joint/cafe that you can vibe to while eating. THE BAD: Hours are limited to the weekend evenings. There isn't a menu, the waitress informs you what they're serving for that day & you choose from those choices; nope, no prices either. Lastly, they only take Zelle, CashApp, Venmo; they probably take cash, but definitely not debit/credit card. THE GOOD: I really can't fix my lips to speak ill about this place. The vibe is mellowed out in a repurposed home, which gives it an intimate feel. The live band is only 2 people, but they play a plethora of instruments, don't take breaks, & have you grooving to jazzed up, funked out RnB. The food is everything soul food should be: spiced right, large portions, hot, fragrant, mouth-watering. We paid $35 for an entree with 2 sides & two delicious 'Arnold Palmer's drinks. The cherry on top is the owner/main chef will come to your table & interact with you, making you feel like a celebrity. She also has her family (as in younger family; kids) as the waiters/waitresses & they're very professional. A true black-owned family business in Gwinnett, so you don't have to travel all the way to the heart of ATL for some great soul food.”
