“My boyfriend and I don't come to Starbucks often, but we had some extra time today, so we went to get some coffee. Customer service was minimal and my boyfriend got an attitude from the cashier when ordering his drink. After paying for our drinks, mine came out quickly but they told us that they ran out of cold brew. It was only 11am and they don't close until 6pm and they only offered us iced coffee instead to replace it. Not too happy with our experience today.”

I'd place a mobile order 8-10 mins before arrival and still have to wait for another 10-15 mins in store to pick up my coffee. So I wouldn't recommend if you need to grab something quick.”

“Great Starbucks, I think today was one of the first days in months that they were open for customers to come inside. I usually do the drive thru and it’s quick but today I think very one wanted their coffee when I came here. The staff inside were pretty friendly though they were out of a ton of things like pumpkin bread but it’s the season for pumpkin everything just kind of disappointed because I can to this one specifically the pumpkin bread. Overall, pretty good experience and I really enjoyed seeing the new side since they recently renovated it.”

“I frequent the drive thru often. They're usually pretty timely with order turnaround time, but if someone ahead of you has a large or complicated order, it feels like forever of a wait. The staff are all great in my experience. If the line is long, think twice before you pull in, as once you're in line, you're stuck! Thankfully you can see how long the line is from the street.”

“Wow! This is one of only two Starbucks in Atlanta serve the Starbucks Reserve coffee, made with the Clover. The coffee is exceptional (try the Hawaii Reserve) but its their team which keeps me coming back! I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and every time I come they welcome me and are working so hard to make sure every cup is perfect. Dwayne, the manager, in particular is amazing! He always welcomes everyone with a sincere smile, encouraging word, and remembers their orders. I don’t know how he does it. I’ve also seen Dwayne working many times with new members and he is so patient and helpful. Its a joy to see him and his team. I can highly recommend this coffee shop for great coffee and stellar caring service.”
