Ridiculously tasty Italian sandwich. Also loved the onion rings. Hubby had a burger. All of it was sooooo good!! 😃

This place is amazing! I’m one of those beer nerds that have found that easily 80% of Micro Breweries don’t really know how to brew. Spring Creek is in the 20% that do, and of those, they are in the top 2% that blew my mind on how good they are at it.

Of note is their Ribbons of Euphoria IPA. It’s a West Coast style IPA that hits everything that style should. It’s literally the one of two 5 star check ins I have on Untappd. IYKYK.

On top of that, it’s a fantastic room. Indoor and outdoor seating with views for miles. Clean and welcoming.

Then there’s the food. You’d expect bar food at a brewery, ya? Sure, they have that, but it’s a step or two above average. Their wood fired pizzas are excellent, the Kobe beef burger is wonderful too. Fresh ingredients that are perfectly prepared. Think comfort food that’s healthy and oh so good. Their chef is the best, servers are friendly and accommodating.

It’s a bit hidden and just out of town, but so worth the trip. I’ll be back, and can’t wait to see what they are brewing and cooking next!

Hidden Gem! Had a couple of flights to try everything and all the beers were so full of flavor. Bonus points for presentation! Had the Chainbreaker pizza and wings. Pizza was crisp and loved the blend of flavors.The wings were 1/2 gone before I got a pic, but they were delish! Can't wait to go back and work our way through the menu.

First, I was underwhelmed by the interior of the restaurant. The floor plan and decor was anything but hip or fun. Not a place that you would want to take friends to if you wanted to impress. I ordered the Broken Horn Burger and onion rings. The burger patty is made from wagyu beef. The patty was thinner than I expected, the flavor was fine. The construction of the burger was disappointing. The buns should have been toasted, as the burger fell apart and was a soggy mess before finishing. The other components were too basic. The onion rings were adequate, not too bad. The beer was good. The best part of the visit was the staff, they were very attentive, and Athena was the highlight of the night. On a scale from one to ten, I would give this place a five.

Fist time visiting the establishment and I have to say I'm quite impressed. First I had the RIP imperial stout. It's delicious with hints of dark chocolate and dark cherries among other flavors that really help this stand out. Then I had the oak coffin barrel aged Russian imperial stout on nitro. So smooth and flavorful, I could've easily had several more. I also ordered the Philly grinder. Served on a hoagie bun this is a pretty standard Philly cheese steak. It was excellent, no complaints whatsoever. I ordered fries as the side. They're crispy and seasoned well. I don't normally think much about fries but these are certainly above average. The staff here and amazing. Friendly, attentive and prompt. It's a nice side open floor, very comfortable environment. I thought I had been to every brewery in Boise and surrounding area, but this was my first time here. I'll absolutely be back
