“We have been here multiple times probably, six times at least. Sometimes the food is really good, sometimes it is mediocre at best. The service is the same. We have had really good service before and really horrible service before. The lady who runs it barely speaks any English and I do give her a lot of credit for how much she tries. I just wish the food and quality was more consistent. Today I am a little disappointed with our food. I had cashew chicken and over half of my portion was celery. I had a pile of celery sitting left on my plate after I ate the chicken out of it. Seems like they're just trying to use it as a filler. My daughter's beef had no flavor. I just don't know if I will be back for a long time because of the quality of today.”

“Had the best breakfast there this morning. Eggs were cooked perfectly, hashbrowns were just the way we like them, biscuits and gravy were amazing. The greeter was a hoot and the server was quick, efficient, attentive and very friendly.”

“Got the pumpkin pie shake today! Can’t recommend it enough! Authentic flavor and crunchy. LOVED it. This location has delivered good service and high quality food every time I’ve come through.”

“I loved the Cafe, it's look and the atmosphere. We had great service. The food left a little to be desired. My veggie scramble was decent sized for $13 just not very tasty, it was missing flavor and I'd have liked more veggies. My husband's burrito was very small he held it with 3 fingers, which is small for a $15 burrito. I appreciated the message on the menu explaining the prices. In my opinion people will pay for quality food and good portions. We all understand the costs have gone up. I feel my scramble was good portion to price and my husband's burrito not so much.”

“Love the Pizza but the last couple of times it has been a not so good experience. Glad the manager remade our order as it was a sloppy mess and half cooked dough, but wish they put more effort into the finished product”

“Just had generous portions of ice cream and an IPA, served by some super friendly people. This would make a great day trip: make a day of it, drive out to this tiny, beautiful, hidden gem of a city, have breakfast, lunch, a treat, or some coffee—and enjoy Farragut State Park. Good stuff!”

“A truly wonderful late lunch experience! The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and we were promptly seated and attended to by Zach, who is one of the nicest servers you’ll meet. He was friendly and polite and did his best to exceed all of our expectations. I had the crispy fish tacos and the bistro salad. The side salad, only $5 on the happy hour menu, could have made a whole meal on its own! The marinated tomatoes were special. The tacos were massive and quite tasty. I loved the pickled onions! The coleslaw appeared to have been an afterthought though. My friends had the grilled cheese with French onion soup, yam fries, and the beef stroganoff. All of those were excellent too and everyone was extremely pleased with their lunch. Huge portions! The prices were very good for the area, and four people getting a large and filling and delicious lunch for less than $100 was a great treat. Will be back here for sure whenever I’m back visiting the area!”

“Chicken Cesar salad. If you look at other reviews, this looks different. The chicken was in bite-sized pieces instead of strips. And there was a boat load of parm on top. I like parm, so this wasn’t a bad thing to me. But the chicken…. It was tender enough. Nice size pieces. But it was very sweet. So sweet I almost couldn’t eat more than 5-6 pieces. I’m not sure what seasoning was on it, but it was distinctly sweet. The bread on the side was very stale. As someone who has broken a tooth before, I am very cautious about eating hard things. This bread was toasted, but it was a thorough staleness that made it hard. I could barely bite through it. The croutons were good, but those are just pre-made croutons we all know and love. The dressing was good. No complaints there. The serving was large! With the amount of chicken, this would serve me two meals. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get myself to eat the leftovers due to the chicken sweetness. A lemon wedge would do this salad some good. I do think that this item maybe had some re-working and is in process of being better. I hope. Because an objective mouth would find this chicken very sweet. Maybe the bread was old and there wasn’t time to slice new? I went at 11am on a Friday. It wasn’t overly busy, and I got my food in about 10minutes. I can’t say I would go back soon, but that’s because I like to hop around to different places. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back, but would likely try a sandwich. I can sense some potential here. And I am hoping this feedback is taken well, as I am only trying to provide information, and not slander.”

“Pita Pit is a great restaurant offering a large variety of hot foods and cold drinks. The smoothies and desserts add great items to complement your meal for a reasonable price. The customer service is great and the menu is big enough to offer something for everyone!”

“We stopped here on 10/05/2023 as part of our honeymoon for a romantic dinner. We got the House Pulled Mozzarella ($21) and the Gnocchi w/ sausage ($35) and Gnocchi w/ chicken breast ($36). It was all very good. The Gnocchi were big and hearty and very filling, and the sausage was near perfect. I would say the Mozzarella was over priced by about $5, but it was still very enjoyable and fun to pick at. The views on the lake from the patio were amazing and they turned on the heaters later at night to keep us comfortable. Definitely budget about $100 for just two people, and more if you get drinks besides water.”

“Being in town on vacation, I wanted to treat myself and wife to some "authentic" food. We looked on google and this gem was located downtown. Simple, yet elegant establishment. We were greeted and seated immediately. They had 3 large and lively parties already seated when we arrived. There was a welcoming and casual buzz in the air. The service and kitchen was definitely pressed to their limit with the volume they had to produce for the large parties. Nonetheless, we received amazing and attentive service. We really were not sure whom was our waiter, as everyone that was on the floor worked together. We had an amazing meal and drinks. I can't wait to return to CDA for another meal. Amazing!!!!”

“Nice space. Food was good. They have some kind of partnership program with local businesses, lots of advertising inside. Cute event space you can rent. Outdoor patio that is fine, overlooking the lake and the parking lot. My only complaint is the Uber Uber wobbly tables which threatens to spill our drinks repeatedly. Service was quick and friendly. The kids play area is super cute, and really functional!”

“Can't say enough good things about this place! From the get-go the staff was very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Our order was taken immediately upon entering and was ready soon after. I ordered a cheeseburger with pickles and onions and my husband had a hamburger with pickles and onions. There must be something special about the meat for their patties because they were juicy, tender, and overall INCREDIBLE. Afterward, we shared a slice of DELICIOUS chocolate pie. The cost of eating here is incredibly low compared to most eateries nowadays. Our total was just over $10 for the two burgers and pie. Also, they only accept cash but have an ATM in the back if needed. We've walked by this place countless times and I'm glad we finally got to try it. We can't wait to go back!”

“First time at Tito’s and it for sure did NOT disappoint. 5 stars to our service, atmosphere (super cozy and great ambiance) and the food…absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely return! Great place for a date, or to bring family and friends. We didn’t have any adult beverages this time, but I’m sure they have delicious wines we’ll have to try next time. Enjoy some great food I. The beautiful downtown of CDA.”

“Wonderful dinner!! The view was spectacular! Filet mignon burger... delicious! The fall harvest salad was excellent and worthy of the trip there, by itself. We didn't have alcoholic beverages, so I can't speak to those or what it would have cost, but the tea and pomegranate drinks were lovely. We spent around $125 for the both of us. Appetizer, entrees, and beverages, before tip. It was well worth every penny!”

“The Buoy Bar & Grill was amazing. The clam chowder was the best we have ever had! The chicken romesco sandwich was fantastic and had crispy bacon, romesco, and avocado. We would come back ASAP just for the sandwich! We are huge Buoy beer fans. However, we were not impressed with the helles lager. The beer was on tap, but was on the flat side and had a sweet after taste. The Pacific Pale Ale was fantastic and our new favorite from Buoy. Perfect amount of bitterness, caramel flavors, and deep tones of vanilla. What a fantastic restaurant! We will be back here again.”

I was shocked but the drink was amazing and we came back and obviously bought more. Love this place love the people and the atmosphere. “We have been multiple times and every time has been a good experience. The staff is always nice and attentive. The pizza is honestly amazing. There is such a wide variety and the crust is perfect and thin. They have a good variety of appetizers such as the cheese bread which is awesome. We did the meatballs this time and they were really good as well with a really good cheese on top. The Caesar salad was yummy. We did the potato pizza, I forget what it's called that it was amazing. I also love how they will let you split the pizza into two different toppings. We have also gotten the shishito peppers before and they are usually really good. Last time they were a little on the burnt side but still good. It is a nice open location with TV to watch games and I really love going there in the summer and you can sit on the patio and it's beautiful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't yet. And not to mention the skillet cookie is amazing! The only negative is that sometimes the service is a little slow, but they are usually really busy.”

“The tortilla chips were fantastic. I loved the spicy salsa that came with them. Everyone working there was very helpful, we got our food quickly and the beans were great, the rice was fluffy and satisfying, all in all, a pretty good experience. I was honestly surprised there weren’t more people there, it was very satisfying!”

“India house is a good place for food. The food seems authentic and has good flavor. Compared to other Indian food I have had, it wasn't quite as flavorful and it was more expensive (about $25 a person, including tip and no drinks). They also charge per box to take food home in whifh I thought was odd.The meat was really good in it though. I like Indian food so it was still a good experience overall.”
