“This place has the opportunity to get better but will need some attention to detail. We ordered on a Saturday night for pickup, got a 45 minute pickup time, but still had to wait 15 more minutes. The food was okay. The pork rolls were good, the pork chop/egg/rice combo was fine if a bit over-garlicky. The noodle salad had chicken that was not really cut or seasoned for the dish, and the noodles were overcooked. The fried noodle dish was fine. The fried rice was fine. I love love love Vietnamese food since my first visit to Hanoi 25 years ago. Maybe this is a banh mi place and that should be the focus, I will try again and update my review when I do.”

“I love this new Vietnamese diner, small but inviting decor with about 6-7 tables. Food is impressive and homemade from the summer spring rolls with shrimp and vegetables to the delicious fresh pho to your liking. I’ve tried the pork & rice dish and salt & pepper tofu perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. I’m going back to try the calamari version and if this place gets too busy I’ll carry out. I hope they’ll have outdoor seating for the summer months. It’s strictly street parking.”

“My wife and I dined at George Trois this past weekend, and we can say that the tasting menu blew our expectations out of the water. The service staff and sommelier are impeccable without being stuffy. While the chef coming around to the tables added a nice touch and made us feel important. The truffle-themed tasting menu was sublime, and the desserts changed our perspective on what can be possible with such a high-end product. Usually, when we splurge on a tasting menu, we have a few favorites, but every single dish and wine pairing stood up well and was excellent in its own right. This was one experience where we remember every single dish, because they were all our favorites. Portion size was perfect, as we left feeling satisfied, but not over-stuffed. This experience can certainly stand up to any Michelin 3 Star restaurant in Paris, and it is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We cannot wait to visit again.”

“Been coming here for years still the best ice cream ever and I try any new Ice cream on the market and all new Ice Cream shops that open anywhere! So far still the tops.
