“The young black guy is very professional he looked out for me and was very patient even tho it was busy as hell but the manager wasn't doing anything just picking up wat he cudnt Finnish cause he was doing 30 jobs and the new girl was pretty cool but she just need more experience if I was a CEO I would definitely hire the young black guy to be manager. “The tamales are great here. I'm a tamale aficionado. Have made my own, but I'm very impressed with Jaime's versions. He has an amazing spread of vegan tamales. Not on the menu is his Chicken Mole Poblano tamales. You have to ask if he has them in stock. Nothing like them! I've shown my artwork twice at this establishment, which supports the arts. Last time I had 35 of my paintings up. Many sold. Jaime also has a poetry slam (on a semi regular basis), a comedy night and musicians often play there. I've played there with my trumpet in various combinations of accompaniment (I play jazz ---bebop).”

“This is my first time to this restaurant, I loved it! Have not had Thai food this good in quite awhile. The egg rolls are delicious, not heavy, like in a Chinese restaurant. The crab ragoon is excellent, very light, you could eat the whole order by yourself. The chicken satay was very good, surprisingly moist for chicken breast, the peanut sauce also very good. The beef with garlic & jalapeño salad I really enjoyed, the beef was a bit dry but can be compensated with the sauces. This dish is spicy with a lot of garlic. The red curry sauce is excellent! Try this restaurant, you will not be disappointed!”

“I used to order from here regularly, but at one point the delivery drivers stopped bringing the pizza to my door. 3rd floor apartment, front door accessible to public. They would call me from the courtyard, and I'd sometimes miss the call because my phone was on silent. I delivered pizza's myself for multiple years, and I always took it right to the customer's door. Additionally, we had each apartment building, in our delivery area, documented in such a way that depicted the layout, and the numbering system of the apartments for delivery drivers to research before they left, so they wouldn't just arrive at the courtyard, and get confused.”

“Old School offers a sizable selection of craft beer that includes some of the better, small local breweries. I ordered one of the specials, a harissa tilapia sandwich. The fish tasted delicious, and the fries were the perfect balance of crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. The bun seemed plain to me, so I ditched it halfway through the sandwich with no regrets. Great bang for your buck, and I'll be back again for sure.”
