The restaurant didn't feel all that clean, in fact, a bit grimy, but still coffee was delicious. They have a few seats inside and but not too many and no outdoor seating. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Overall a good experience and I would go back.”

“Panera Bread on Waukegan Road on east side of parking lot from Jewel Foods gets High Mark's for product and efficiency. Facility seems a bit dated. Decor (yellow & dark wood finishes make me very uncomfortable for some as yet undetermined reason...just want to get order and get out). Food is great, BLT w/Avocado = Outstanding. Soups pretty good all around, Black Bean = 15 on 1-10 scale, but for some reason is seasonal? Huh? Black Beans are available year round! It is your best (probably healthiest soup) and it is off the chart so far September 2018 through January 2019 this is Cold Weather staple! The Potato soup = 6. Taste is good, nice herb complement, no heavy salt, but it is way thin-watery, needs some pureed potato stock maybe some celery and grated carrot. Everything else seems consistently good. Staff is very pleasant, knowledgeable of their menu, glad to help. Very efficient, facilities very clean. Handicap accessible. Now, if they could do something about that dark woodwork and dingy yellow paint. I might just stay and have 2nd lunch or 2nd dinner! Keep up the good work Panera.”

Every time I visit I seem to have to wait on someone to come over, 99% of the time due to them chatting in the background then noticing a customer has arrived. I get it can be boring waiting for customers. However customer awareness should be a bit more prioritized then it is at this location.”
