“This is my favorite place to eat in Chinatown for dinner. The dishes are delicious (my favorite is the snow pea tips - they make it perfectly with garlic, which is hard to get right!). Fish, mapo tofu, and their duck dishes are also delicious. Service is great - they are attentive but not overbearing. If you have a party larger than 4, I’d recommend making a reservation first, as the place is kind of small (which makes it nice as a diner!).”

“I was so saddened to hear about the storm damage closing this place down temporarily. Thankfully, I found out it will be back on February 5 and i can't wait. The sooner you pass around the shots the sooner the madness begins. Crank up the Miley Cyrus, try a little “Call Me Maybe” by Carly Rae Jepsen and smash hits from the 2000’s. From when I first walked into the restaurant to the time I left, I was astonished how friendly everyone was and how phenomenal the food tasted. Everything is home cooked down to the best chips and salsa you'll ever have in your life--not even remotely joking. La Ciudad is such an amazing hole in the wall restaurant in Uptown. I highly recommend trying this place if you're on the fence, it's earned it's 5 stars and I'll be coming back for more soon!”

I have visited four times now, and each time is as good as the last. With $2 Coors light drafts and phenomenal pan pizza, I cannot recommend this place enough. Just wish I could have stopped in when Burt was still around!”

“I don't normally write reviews, but because I had a positive experience with this specific store, I decided I should! I ordered pizza at 6:21pm, and it said it was out for delivery at 6:43pm. Although the store is in close range (about a 6 minute drive), the site does disclaim it takes about 53 - 63 minutes for delivery time. The delivery man came at 7:20pm, and he was extremely nice and gentle with the pizzas! The two boxes of pizza was also warm and fresh, and tasted really good! Had a good experience :-)”
