“Food is excellent. Butter-tender chicken and beef. Medium sized shrimp cooked perfectly. Their rice is also cooked perfectly which surprisingly I don't find as much as I should at Asian restaurants. Veggies are fresh. This place is almost as good as Ni Hao. But Ni Hao also has Thai and sushi. Best in Elmhurst. Anyhow the service is excellent. The atmosphere is not that great. Fine for lunch but this is more of a take-out place”

“One thing I didn't ikea was tables were dirty. It was late night 9pm hardly no one there and almost all tables had debris on them. Waitress did TRY to clean them off but the rag was dirty and still left food on tables and chairs. Eventually I cleaned with napkins. Other than that I was happy. Food was good. I love the Taco Thursday... yes Thursday deal. My family also like chimichunga. Only one more problem maybe cause it was late at night, but the guacamole was old and nasty tasting per husband, kids and myself.”

“Tavern style pizza is off the hook (if you like cracker thin crust). Detroit Style pizza is solid, I don’t have enough experience in that to know how it compares to others. The fried cauliflower is very good, nice light breading with creamy cauliflower center, just enough texture. Looking forward to sampling the rest of the menu.”

“I had a decent experience. Enjoyable and nice management that helped my injured sister. My only issue was the crew during the last hour. She was pretty rude. It was pretty noticeable didn’t take her job seriously because she was too busy talking to a boy rather than supervision the jumping area. She sent a little boy to tell my groups the rules. Also, I find it biased that the last 10 minutes there were teenagers (some dressed in sky zone uniform) with shoes on running and playing in the jump areas. This was my first time experience and I will definitely do it again but a different location with professional crew that don’t intimidate their guest.”

“Mangia Napoli is probably the best Italian restaurant Ive ever been to. Lance, the bartender, was very attentive and answered every question I had. The staff makes you feel welcome. The food is amazing and made with so much passion. You could just taste it!! The rest of the staff.. GREAT PEOPLE! “I'm a truck driver with MB Global and every time I get stuck in the area and have to park at the event center, I always order pizza from here. Every time, I tried a different pizza and all has been good. Also the delivery people as well as the staff on the phones actually treat truck drivers just like anyone else. Always polite. And they DO deliver to trucks.”

“Quite remarkable, this place. Best baked apple pancakes! Not too sugary. Coffee is surprisingly good — it’s Maxwell House, not a designer bean; quite to my jaded surprise. Service is genuinely friendly. The overall feel is exceptionally comfortable. Hangings on walls and objects atop shelves continue to change, as almost everything is for sale through the charming Nantucket-like gift shop accessible through the lobby. Once I purchased an entire wall’s exhibit of four French cafe prints and a large clock — yes, while eating one of those orchard masterpieces mentioned in the second sentence. The server was accommodating — and amused — by my “ordering the wall,” as I called it. Several times the owner expressed her and her interior designer husband’s thanks. Everyone working at this restaurant makes it Our Kitchen! In a few minutes, I’m heading there again. Writing this review made me hungry for you-know-what. ????”

“Good food, little expensive. Got rid of the sides with the sandwich which doesn't make sense. I really wish the staff would be on the the same page with the loyalty program every time I come I get one stamp for two sandwiches sometimes two stamps for two sandwiches no way to reach management or owner wish they would honor the loyalty. Not going to come back if that's the case. I visited the store last week. 2 stamps on the card. I visited the store TODAY 2/16, one stamp on the card. The card I guess does not exist per response ??? so if there is no loyalty program per management, then what am I getting stamped today in store ? odd. You market a loyalty program, you gotta keep up with it and keep fans of your food rewarded who keep coming back. $10 for a sandwich. needs to be good, which it is ! throw in a pickle or something. the change was unfortunate. I'll be back, hope I get the staffer who stamps the card accordingly and I get my free sandwich after my 9th !”
