The two individuals we interacted with (over the phone and via socially-distanced pickup) were kind and friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience and we’re so thrilled that they are just down the street from us. We’ll certainly be back again!”

“Amazing sub shop, I love everything they have. Customer service is top tier. I made a mistake on one of my orders and they were happy to fix it for me right away. Great options on meat, cheese and vegetables. All 4 of the bread options taste great and don't taste artificial like some other places (Subway). I Usually get an Italian Special with ham, bologna, salami, and provolone with ALL the free toppings (Cousin's has over a dozen toppings available for free which I love, much better than the stack of meat and old lettuce that Jimmy John's provides) Their sides are a little small but the fries are lightly salted and made to order. They have one of those Coca Cola mix your own drink machines too. TRY THE FRIED CHEESE CURDS - they are absolutely the best and worth the extra cost. I will being making this place one of my regular lunch go-to places. Picture: 15" Italian Special sub cut in half with all free toppings. Large cheese curds and large drink.”

Kids loved their pizza, after the first bite raved how fresh and flavorful it was, so I took a piece. Authenticity dwells here and staff are very friendly, humble, and try to accommodate. “Started out okay but food took too long and little pricey.. Place is quiet and hard to find (in doubletree, poor signage) and in a hotel lobby....tables have no salt and pepper. You have to ask for any bread. Food was good but took a long time to get any bread, then appetizers, then 20-30 minutes wait for entrees that normally don’t take that long. Place was not busy at all so should not have taken that long. Little disappointed but food was tasty overall. Wish them luck.”
