“This panera is not the best one in the area. I tried to purchase a meal at the kiosk and since one was broken, there was a line for the only other one. I though the point of the kiosks were to eliminate the lines at these places. When I got there, the kiosk could not read my card, or my friends card for about 5 tries. I had to go to the actual cash register. Not fun. My meal also took forever to come out. How long does it take to make a salad? The other person I was with was already finished with their meal by the time I got mine. The food itself was good, but I waited too long for it. The other small detail is the parking. It’s super tight to get in and out and you’ll see an empty spot only to realize that it’s marked reserved for online orders.”

It’s always freezing at this location, therefore making it very uncomfortable for us patrons when we dine in. Especially when the AC vent is blowing from above hard. 2. I have ordered to go via the app a few times, and, the orders have been incomplete. Please put the temperature to a comfortable temperature and train your staff properly to double-check to go orders. I should just be able to pickup and go without a worry.”

“Now I’ll be the first to admit that after reading the reviews about this particular Dominos’s, I had my doubts about ordering from them. Luckily I did, and I have to say, best decision of the week. Not only did I have 0 trouble placing my order over the phone, but the manager (Tiffany) made me really feel at home. Often times I’ll order food and end up being milked for every cent I had, with Tiffany though that was not the case. She told me about the coupons and specials they had running and gave me the best option. When I came into the store to pick up my order I immediately checked the quality of the food, and again I have to say, BEST DECISION OF THE WEEK. One of the employees, I believe his name to be Ali, explained to me how the store had recently undergone changes in management including a new owner and various new employees. 5 Star review. As long as the new management keeps doing what they’re doing I shall keep on ordering!! Thank you guys and keep up the quality work.”

“As usual, good not great. Just love my taco supreme hold the "T" and nachos. If eating fast food wouldn't kill me with high blood pressure/diabetes I would eat here at least 5/6 times a week. Now if I ate out every meal and one snack meal that's roughly 28 meals a week. Wow. I attribute my fast food addiction to my childhood when fast food was just getting popular, taco bell was not around. BUT Burger King & White Castle were frequent haunts of my family. I do not remember McDonald's but hubby swears he had to travel the Palladium on 2600 Clark to eat his first BIG MAC! Me on the other hand loved Burger King. It's was just like the way we dressed. You were either s duper or a greaser. Lol. What memories.”

“I went here because my friends told me it was a real Chicago experience. I have to say that it certainly lived up to their talk. The atmosphere here was lovely. We went on a Thursday and it wasn't crazy busy like we were warned it can be on the weekends. The tables and decor in the restaurant were nice. It wasn't overwhelming like the decor in Portillos. I liked the old firefighters life net they had on the ceiling. It was cool seeing some authentic history from the neighborhood on display. The food was excellent. We got the Lou and a thin crust cheese pizza. Both were very tasty. The crust was crunchy on both, and they have the absolute best tomato sauce I've ever tasted. The desserts were divine, too. We got the trio dessert and the cookie with ice cream was my favorite. It melted in your mouth. My only complaint was that the service to our table was slow. When we arrived, there were people ending their meal at the booth next to us. They left, the booth was bussed, another set of people were seated, and the other people got 3 deep dish pizzas before our food came out. Also, half our order came out before the other half. It was awkward when my friends who got sandwiches had to wait for the pizza to arrive for the rest of us, and their entrees became cold. It was a solid ten minutes from when we got the sandwiches to when the pizza came out, and during that time a booth seated after us also got their food. I'm sure there was some sort of mix up in the kitchen, but they didn't even apologize for the delay and confusion. If it weren't for that gaff, I would have given them five stars. Overall, it was a very nice experience and good food. I'm sure we'll visit Lou's again next time we're in the area.”

“Everyone needs to watch the South Park episode: you're not yelping. For the life of me I can't gather why this place has 2.5 stars. I've been here 3 times for the "hot and ready". Every time I've been pleased, and at some point you don't call it dumb luck, accept that it's a decent establishment. Many negative reviews for this location say "employees are talking in the back"... They're on the phone taking orders or working. Open your eyes and ears. I really hope the management reads these because I have another message. There's a young, red headed gentleman with glasses that works there. Extremely polite. He served me twice and he's been great both times.”

“This place looks nice inside and the food is obviously made fresh to order. The flavor, however, was not that great. Each of the items we ordered tasted a bit off. The mostaccioli was a bit watery. The staff was polite and ready to help. They had a large party in back but otherwise not much going on. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged when we arrived by the host who was not overly friendly but seemed authentic. Prices are what you would expect for a fast casual restaurant. Overall, not a bad experience, but not one that would make me return soon.”

“I love the limited selections with infinite combinations Noodles and Company offers. Unless you hate pasta, you will be able to find something you like to eat here. The eating area has a bit if a cafeteria feel, a bit loud and drafty, but on a sunny day it is fun. There is also outdoor seating for warmer days. The staff is usually friendly, and the restrooms are clean. They have a wide variety of beverages available, including alcohol for those so inclined. It's one of our goto places when we have a little dining out cash.”
